Justice! Innocent until proven guilty! The right to a fair trial!

These are basic civilian rights our warriors have sworn to defend. These are also the rights our soldiers are not guaranteed while serving in our country’s military. A military defendant is “presumed guilty” and must prove his or her own innocence. Left with the burden of not only finding adequate legal representation, but also paying for it.

While our enemies are given civilian rights, provided with teams of attorneys paid for with our tax dollars, and given civilian trials; our warriors are read their Article 39(a) Miranda-Tempia rights on the battle field, and now sit in prison. They are not given court appointed attorneys. Their families must beg, borrow and mortgage their homes in order to retain an attorney that will defend their loved ones from the very country, for many generations, our sons and daughters have proudly fought and died for.

Most families send their loved ones to war with the prayer, “God, please watch over our soldiers and bring them home safely”. Today, America has taken a different approach. We allow the media to watch over our soldiers, bring them home labeled as murderers, and adorn them with steel bars, handcuffs and shackles.

What we need to do is oust every Congress Critter thast advocates such lunacy.

The first time I met the man in DC, that which happened in front of me did happen.  I won't discuss what that was.  Anyway, when we were apart, things happened which I thought was too much to believe and perhaps because he "was blown up" he just may have had some drain bamage.  Well.  He DOES have drain bamage because he's a frikkin' FRAUD.

Consider this our Texas ACTIVE Message Board.  I was going to start up a Yahoo group but decided against it because they get infiltrated eventually anyway.  We will deal with specifics via phone calls and emails.

More thanm likely, we will get rolling once the Tea Parties are over and we begin to strategize with other ACTIVE groups across the nation.

As you may or may not know, the "black out" for ACTIVE contact has been lifted.  The "black out" was due to a death threat to a reporter that was going to do an article on the organization.  That threat was dealt with and the pathetic slob that made the threat is being looked into by the appropriate authorities.

ACTIVE is coming out swinging in January. If you thought the initial takedown of ACORN was impressive, you ain’t seen nothing yet. ACTIVE and its allies have been busy, very busy. Upcoming are the rescheduled national strike and other actions of escalating resistance. We are out of the protest business, and into the resistance business, as well as continuing our clandestine media propaganda business, and our alliance with BigGovernment and BigHollywood, through which much of our propaganda work is done. And the t-shirts have been ordered. The membership slate will be wiped clean by tomorrow of all those who did not wish to pay the $5.00 a week (ie, $20.00 a month) membership fee. All of you who have paid are being kept on the rolls, the t-shirts are being sent, and the new marching orders and website are coming down in January. (Also, look for the return of the classic “Jihadi Killer” T-Shirts). We encourage new members and you can join here.

There are $7,000.00 in costs that I had to advance for the new $1 million website which will be debuting in January ( the old one is defunct), as well as costs for t-shirts and production of the “Young Americans - The ‘Lost’ Ramadi Episodes” series. All DVD sales will be at a reduced rate, and all YA $$ go to fund ACTIVE. We need to raise $10,000 in new membership fees over the next month. The $500.00 Gold Deluxe and $1,000.00 Platinum Deluxe memberships are for those who can afford to contribute further to our costs.

If you can’t join or help, don’t sweat it. No one is being singled out as a good or bad guy, and everyone is always welcome here. But the war is on, and for those who can afford it, we look to you to help keep it all, from this site to the series to ACTIVE, going.
