Is it a technicality? Yes it is. However, assault and battery is assault and battery especially in the manner in which it was done. Our First Czar, Rezident of the White House Marxist House, was apparently put out with opposition politicians and informed them that it was he which bought won bought the election. One can surmise that what he meant was, and this is my thought, "Look. I won the election. I am in charge and I don't want to hear any crap from you. You will follow my lead. End of discussion." Others have drawn that conclusion as well and Jules Crittenden offers some suggestions as to how that tactic is going to work with our enemies. For example:
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad: "Hamdela hamdela hamdela. Nukular kaboom!"
Obama: "I won."
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. "Aieeeeeee! Have mercy, effendi!"
Jules has addition examples of how that will work out for the Usurper and Upstart First Czar Marxist o the USSA. And, this was only the 3rd day! PLease recall how he would fold under pressure on the campaign trail and make missteps. As this "innocent" event reveals, Obama is way out of his league.
In the Politico: Obama flashes irritation in press room
President Barack Obama made a surprise visit to the White House press corps Thursday night, but got agitated when he was faced with a substantive question.
Asked how he could reconcile a strict ban on lobbyists in his administration with a deputy defense secretary nominee who lobbied for Raytheon, Obama interrupted with a knowing smile on his face.
"Ahh, see," he said, "I came down here to visit. See this is what happens. I can't end up visiting with you guys and shaking hands if I'm going to get grilled every time I come down here."
Pressed further by the Politico reporter about his Pentagon nominee, William J. Lynn III, Obama turned more serious, putting his hand on the reporter's shoulder and staring him in the eye.
"Alright, come on" he said, with obvious irritation in his voice. "We will be having a press conference at which time you can feel free to [ask] questions. Right now, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to you guys - that's all I was trying to do." [...]
How DARE reporters ask First Czar anything when it is inconvenient and he hasn't his handlers around to coach him! What were they thinking? The hand on the shoulder and fierce eye contact is intimidation body language and had that been a woman, it would be considered sexual battery.
First Czar is in for a rough term. I suppose we are going to hearing quite a bit of the "I won" attitude. He has a lot to learn. If he cannot handle a swarm of reporters in the den of vipers in the Marxist House Press Corp, what in the hell is he going to do when people tell him that they don't give a damn that "he won"?
Our First Czar is in for a rude awakening and Rush Limbaugh will be more than happy to issue the orders for Operation Chaos I am sure.
After all, "That's all I was trying to do, all right?" No Czarbama, it isn't all right.
Remember, the Will of the Congress Will Be Done.
