Let's Give The Old Folks $13 BILLION In A BAIL OUT!

Medicare will be decimated under the federal health care bill (the UNCONSTITUTIONAL one) so the federal government is going to give the elderly $13 Billion to give them some support. So, WHY reduce Medicare? Just put the $13 Billion in the Bill. Oh. Wait. What am I thinking?
