In a shocking move, the Obama administration has decided to embrace federalism. Well, not really all that shocking, as the Department of Justice plans to reverse a Bush administration policy of enforcing federal marijuana laws in states that allow for medicinal use of the substance. Not such a big deal there but there it is with Allah.
Anyway, WTH? For years and years the Fedsters have overstepped their bounds in the "federal" drug laws and have even bypassed the Sheriff Departments across the land. Why is this and what is Obama up to now? Is this his way to legalize drugs? It isn't really about legalizing anything. It is State's Rights doing THEIR damned jobs, Czarboe.
