Jim Hoft: Of Course… Pelosi’s Bill Will Punish States Who Pass Tort Reform
You know, I haven't been posting much today because I have been reading the PelosiCare deal. It sucks. I have not seen ONE item that will pass a Constitutional issue...NOT ONE. If one takes this Bill and compares it to the USC, the Bill will fail miserably, just like Obama is.
So, we undo Tort Reform and the States will be penalized...sounds constitutional. Right? I know I have covered this before but Jim's piece mentions Section 2531 again so go read the post.
