The Democrats Want to do WHAT?
Saturday, October 31, 2009 at 9:04PM Memeorandum...New York Times: Democrats Push for Plan to Cut Deficit
WASHINGTON — Faced with anxiety in financial markets about the huge federal deficit and the potential for it to become an electoral liability for Democrats, the White House and Congressional leaders are weighing options for narrowing the gap, including a bipartisan commission that could force tax increases and spending cuts. [...]
Donald Douglas: Night of the Living Deficits
[...] Good thing the GOP's in the news. Conservatives are much more fun, and better looking too! [END]
Deficits. What are those? Don't we print enough money already? Where's the Fed? What we need now ois for MORE Conservatives to step forward and take control. New Jermany, Virginia and NY 23 will be good starts...and thee will be more. My email is packed full of incoming conservatives stepping into the fray.
So, the libtards are wanting to stop the deficits while they are increasing the costs for everyine because we all want it? I don't get it. How do we stop the deficits while we are increasing our costs?
I bet there is a constitutional way of doing this...eh?

Just wondering...if GWB's horrible deficit was a mere $500+ BILLION and Obama's is in the trillions, what if we were to just go back to GWB's deficit spending. Wouldn't that knock the deficits back down?

Strategist/communicator Frank Luntz released a study this week filled with advice for opponents of the Democrats’ nationalized health care legislation. The study concluded that more Americans believe we will discover life in outer space than believe the current healthcare plan will be deficit neutral. [...]
Yep. Makes me believe that quack from the Examiner (article gone now) is right. Too bad his article has VANISHED from the Examiner. Odd, that.
Personally, I think the insurance companies and the folks from outer space are one in the same...if one takes the defeatocrats attitudes they are displaying all over the place as correct.
On top of all that, some mutant from the NYSlimes says that all these Tea people and Fox Newsers are all terrible and unwanted. Odd, that.
Michelle Malkin: NYT columnist Frank Rich has the heebie-jeebies
Aw, poor Frank Rich. The far Left columnist for the New York Times is spooked by mainstream conservatives asserting themselves in the NY-23 congressional race.
Limited government activists rising up against the GOP elite? [...][...] Political groups other than MoveOn spending money to sway the electorate? Why, it’s Stalinism. [END]
Bummer. Get over it. We Conservatives are fighting back and there is no stopping it.
Rick Moran at American Thinker: Please check the weather report for hell
[...] As the Times gently points out, the problem isn't tax cuts or even massive spending increases. The problem long term are Medicare and Medicaid costs that threaten to bring down the nation's economy. Still, I find it interesting that the GOP - with about as much power in congress as a eunuch at a brothel - is being blamed for this impasse. Raising taxes in a recession is suicide which makes the Republicans practical, not obstructionists.
It will indeed be a cold day in hell before the Democrats get around to cutting the deficit in any meaningful way. That's how Obama wants it and that's how it's going to be. [END]
End of story. Cut the deficits. BAH! Humbug! That will be the day when Democrats cut anything.
