The Constitutionality of Federal Heath Care
Friday, November 13, 2009 at 9:27AM Federal Health Care just "might be" a good idea but how Constitutional is it? If we want and/or desire to have federal health care, an amendment must be placed in the Constitution to make it "legal". So far, it isn't so it's not.
Frank Newport / Gallup: More in U.S. Say Health Coverage Is Not Gov't. Responsibility
Marks significant shift from the attitudes of the past decade — PRINCETON, NJ — More Americans now say it is not the federal government's responsibility to make sure all Americans have healthcare coverage (50%) than say it is (47%) [...]
Why does an opinion poll have to reveal what is and isn't constitutional? Why aren't the alleged leaders of this Nation proclaiming the constitution?
Donald Douglas: Gallup Poll: Health Coverage Not Government's Responsibility
This is all fine and dandy but who is making the calls here? We all know that it is the will of the congress, right? Wrong.

The push for ObamaCare has certainly had an effect on the debate over the role of government in health insurance and universal coverage, but probably not the one ObamaCare advocates intended. Gallup conducted its annual poll of adults on that question — and finds that a majority says that it isn’t a federal-government responsibility to provide health insurance to all Americans. This represents a 44-point swing in three years [...]

Where is this bizarre attitude in the USC? No place. That's where. Gateway Pundit has the transcript of this so go read it.
Do you want to know what the federal health care goons think of the USC? From Pat Dollard: Sen Reed Likens Legality Of Forced Insurance To The Draft - With Video. I think all the people like Ried or Reed are morons...
What will it take for the American People to DEMAND the Congress become a constitutional entity? Will it take blood in the streets?
