The definition of “show trial”
We all know that well over 70% of America do not want this show trial to start on American soil. This trial is one more tricky-dickey part akin to Richard Nixon...to a degree.

Bottom Line: Eric Holder is an idiot and this bizarro trial is not about bringing the message of America to the world. It is all about letting the terrorists off because Obama is in fact a Jihadi. Perhaps on principle and maybe not but he is a Jihadi. His disadministration is hel bent on punishing the Bush years because he wasn't supposed to bew President in 2000 and that's the end the Big Picture. This trial is about George Bush and George Bush only. Period.

The Constitution limits what the Government can do to citizens and non-citizens alike, including at GITMO - and for all the talk about emotion v reason, all the (far) right are doing his throwing high emotion at this.
Trouble for the people who want military commissions is a little SCOTUS case from 2007 called http://www.oyez.org/cases/2000-2009/2007/2007_06_1195/argument/ Boumediene v Bush.
So you can call Holder an idiot - but while youre at it, you might as well call SCOTUS idiots and, the people who don't believe in unrestrained Executive power, well I suppose we're all idiots too.
Oh please spare me the Constitutional rant. What is it about the senseless murder of nearly 3,000 of our countrymen and the destruction of millions of dollars of property that you don't understand??
This piece of human garbage, KSM, has already admitted to his guilt and requested execution in a military tribunal. Yet you want to obfuscate the issue by throwing this Boumediene v Bush issue in the mix. Please.
