Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq — the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.
The three, all members of the Navy's elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called an admiral's mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial.
Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named "Objective Amber," told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.
Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.
Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.
Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation. [...]

Reminds me of the bs that happened to Col Tim Collins - probably one of the finest officers of our time.

I'm not a vet so I can't speak to this personally but I just wish as a student of this stuff that they would kill these terrorists on the battlefield and they're not allowed...that's bs and scares me for every soldier in harms way and even when not on their own bases.

This is just another example of the two-front war radical Islam has waged on us. The first front is the physcial confrontation where they kill soldiers and civilians alike with no regard for life for the innocent and no sense of honor. The second front, the one where we are the most vulnerable because of our inate sense of honor and decency, the one where they have flanked us and have a superior position is the campaign to neuter citizens and Generals alike, making them "submit" in a different manner. Our President openly refrains from calling terrorists "terrorists", our Generals and Superior officers in the military are voluntarily handcuffing their own brave soldiers, reducing their morale and effectiveness, the Press has already succumed and submitted to their ultimate goals of putting us all on the defensive, afraid to confront what is really happening, and not reporting vital information. The current Administration is now in full retreat on this front, our AG giving the worst, evil, murdering bastards their very own platform to spew their hate and filth while making them think there is even a remote "chance" that as a result of our benevolence it will somehow do something other than embarass and humiliate us while flicking at painful wounds that were starting to heal. These "man made disaster" experts are at the gates and we don't even realize it.
