Sen. Joe Lieberman has reached a private understanding with Majority Leader Harry Reid that he will not block a final vote on healthcare reform, according to two sources briefed on the matter. — The unpredictable Democrat-turned-Independent [...]
Simply amazing. This is why I rely so much on Michelle Malkin, Hot Air (to a large degree), Dan Riehl, The Other Mccain and so many others! Lieberman said just last week that he was GOING to fillibuster because of the Public, Putrid Option. What about if he were to fillibuster on the CONSTITUTIONALITY of FEDERAL health care plans? IS that too silly or what?
Chutzpah. Indeed. Harry The War Is Lost And I'm An Idiot Reid.
The man is really something else. Really something else. He still doesn’t have a health care bill to show the American people, but he’s whining that Republicans don’t have sufficiently “comprehensive” alternatives of their own — when, in fact, Republicans have had plenty of legislative proposals on the table. The chutzpah of Harry Reid knows no bounds: [...]
He's still having meetings with the other moron in the White Marxist House.
[...] Dingy Harry can’t stop projecting. [...]
That's because he is an ass.

Harry did what?
Last week in a dramatic announcement, Senator Joe Lieberman announced that he will vote along with the Republican Party to filibuster the Obamacare bill in the senate. It was a big blow to the Democratic efforts to take over our healthcare, so big that Senator Tom Harken threatened to throw Lieberman out of the Democratic Caucus. [...]
Didn't we just place up above where Harry said Joe is "on the left"? This is AMAZING!
Poor Harry. No wonder he gonna lose hard in Nevada.
On Saturday, I reported that all 40 Republican Senators signed a letter demanding to see the health care bill Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s (D-Nev.) claimed he sent to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO). Yesterday, Reid circulated a Dear Colleague letter in response – thanks to Christina Bellantoni of TMPDC for publishing the letter. Reid claimed in the letter that he does not have a bill, notwithstanding the fact he had a press conference a week ago to announce a deal. [...]
A spokesman for Sen. Joe Lieberman refuted a report Tuesday that the Connecticut senator struck a secret deal with Majority Leader Harry Reid in which he promised not to block a final vote on health care reform.
The Hill newspaper reported Tuesday that Reid’s staff told liberal interest groups that Lieberman had assured Reid that he will vote with Democrats in the procedural vote to end debate on the Senate’s health care bill.
Lieberman, a Democrat-turned-Independent, announced last week that he would support a Republican filibuster of a health care bill that includes a government-run insurance plan, raising fears among Democrats that they will not have the 60 votes they need to move forward on the bill Reid unveiled last week.
