It Doesn't Matter Who Is Against The Federal Health Care Bill
Thursday, December 10, 2009 at 11:44AM Jim Hoft: 61% of Americans Against Democrat’s Nationalized Health Care Bill
When us Conservatives think about the poll numbers and how many are against whatever, we tend to believe that the poll numbers will tell us where to go and will tell us how the congress critters are going to act. That just isn't so anymore. Is it?
The problem is the United States Constitution and that is all we have. Poll numbers might tell us what is real or not but it won't tell the congress critters what to do or when to do it. Does it? If we had 535 members of congress that actually cared about the United States Constitution, perhaps poll numbers would actually matter. Right?
So, Jim says that 61% of Americans are against the unconstitutional federal health care Bill. Does that really matter? No, it doesn't. Why? It is because we have a very much unconstitutional congress and that means the democrats for sure and about 50% of the republicans. Right? Right. So, what in the hell do we do about it all?
Reid and Pelosi have stated time after time that the "will of the congress has been or will be done". Period. They have the silly inclination that they tell the American People what to do even after they got elected. It seems like after their elections all constitutional issues just vanish. A SCOTUS once said that "whatever the congress does is constitutional". That is why Pelosi said what she said about the USC just a few weeks ago. It also matters why some idiot libtard said that the Constitution is merely a suggestion. Is it really merely a suggestion? Or, did the USC only matter right after the War with England?
About 85% to 95% of all federal laws are in fact unconstitutional especially the "entitlement" programs. Show me in the USC where any of the "entitlement" programs are constitutional. Show me. I am not talking about the "moral needs" or "moral imperatives" or any other Marxist-sociopathic "want tos" are tossed about. If any program cannot be enumerated by the USC, the subject matter doesn't need any federal attention. It all belongs to the States. Right? Right. So, what do we do about it all?
We could rebel but what would that mean? Blood in the streets? Is that what we all want? At the current time frame that I exist in, that sounds like a good deal.
We could wait and vote all of them out of office, which sounds really great, but, what about those that say, "our congress critter is doing just fine" so they reelect another idiot? What about that?
Do we do what Jefferson told us we must do from time to time? But, this is America, right? So, what do we do? The Country Surrounds The City. The American Civil War Part II. War Warning?
