Screw Fish Wrap: Demented Morons Forgot The US Constitution
Thursday, December 24, 2009 at 6:28AM

We on the Right of things remember. We remember fighting a War against British Common Law. We on the Right remember the Law of Nations that the majority of our Constitution was wriiten upon. We on the Right love this Naion we call America, the United States of America. The morons on the Left side of things despise our constitution and utilize alleged judicial review to write the Laws of this Land. Screw judicial review. Where is judicial review in the USC? No where. Look in the USC and YOU find ME where it is. I haven't found it yet and I've been looking for 41 years.
From Pirate's Cove: Health Travesty Passes, Fish Wrap Blames The Right For Partisanship
Amazingly, after Democrats have crafted bill to replace bill to replace bill in the dark of night, in closed session, which only included Democrats, after they shut Republicans and Republican ideas completely out – not to mention any ideas, such as came from John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods – it is somehow, in Grey Lady Liberal World Barking Moonbat World, the fault of those on the Right for rank partisanship. [...]
Yes. I am partisan and my partisanship comes directly from the USC and no where else. Fish Wrap can bite me. David M Herszenhorn can kiss my ass.
[...] But, anyhow, are we partisan? You betcha! We on the Right love America. We understand that there are some problems. What country doesn’t? Let’s address and attempt to fix the problems, not create all new ones. And now is the time for the GOP to get their talking points straight, and focus on the overall damage this will do, and forget about the minutia. Yes, things like the bribes, abortion funding, and other things are important, but, we have to see the forest through the trees, and make sure the People know about the forest. [...]

er, we didn't fight "against British common law"
1) there is no such thing. It's English common law (Scotland is a civil law system); and
2) the fight was against legislation enacted by Parliament (Tea Act, Stamp Act & Townshend Act). Legislation - i.e. statutes are not common law.
Common law as per Black's law dictionary is: "the body of law derived from judicial decisions rather than from statutes or constitutions [caselaw]"
I don't give a rat's ass about "case law". Case law is for assholes and morons. When is "case law" constitutional? When they release an OPINION?
When "case law" is determined by unconstitutional means, it becomes bad precedence and it becomes an unconstitutional "case law".
Stop watching that libtard show Law and Order.
And, YES, we did fight British Common Law and I do not need a retarded law book to tell me any different. History is history, read the books WRITTEN by the Founding Fathers and then tell me we did not fight Common Law as was being dished out for King George.
Study history first and not what some dumbass attorney tells you to think.
