Sarah Palin Asked The Correct Question and Made the Right Statement

I saw this last night and thought about what she said and then I watched as those REAL Black Helicopter "Repubicans" (fraudulent conservatives) get all bent out of shape.  How ARE she bring up that birth certificate deal!  And that is what happens when "conservatives" do not know the United States Constitution.  All they care about is talking the talk but absolutely FEAR walking the walk.

Obama's birth certificate IS an issue.  Why?  Because he is not a natural born citizen and I don't care if he was born in the USA or out of it.  When both parents are not American citizens, one is not a natural born citizen and they have have dual citizenship.  It's that easy.  Simple.  However, the "fraidy cats" get all stoked up and worried.

So, shut up allahpundit and get with the United States Constitution.  The subject is not "well settled", punk and I don't care if Glenn Beck says it is.  He spouts off about the USC and doesn't know that BOTH parents must be citizens to becaome a natural born citizen and doesn't know that dual citizenship is anathema for the Presidency?

I find it very interesting that the USC goes unnoticed.  Sad.  The first rule of blogs, Ed?  How about telling the Truth for once.  How's that?  And the answers?  Someone says that they saw somnething so therefore it is so?  Someone places a fake birth certificate on line and that is the answer Ed?  I don't think so, Ed and allahpundit.

And it should be The Story because if one person breaks the stream of credibility, it leaves the Office of the Presidency in shambles.  Produce the birth certificate to show TWO parents as American citizens and the entire issue is history.  Don't show the birth certificate to show TWO parents as American citizens and the conspiracies will indeed continue.  Not revealing the birth certificate because someone says someone once saw it doesn't make the issue vanish.  Try that with a speeding ticket and see where you will get.

And, I don't care about the KOSmonoffs or the Huffers and Puffers that are in the same boat with "Black Helicopter Republicans" and are having Palin-fits.  Screw them and the alleged "conservatives".

Hey Snoop,

I'm not sure you're right about the two natural born parents. That hasn't been made precedent by the SCOTUS and it's certainly not in the Constitution. If that were true, how many of our early Presidents wouldn't have qualified? 3? 4?

I fear I've labeled a Black Helicopter republican here which could not be further from the truth. We are first disagreeing on what it means to be "natural born". I have never, ever seen anything to suggest that means anything more than being born in America.

Second, the burden of proof. I recognize that Obama is a shady bastard, all the time. But his shadiness doesn't overcome what I see as stronger evidence that he's a NatBorn. That's just my own parsing of the evidence. I appreciate others who come to a different conclusion.

Anyway, I'd love to know where you're getting your information on the two natural born parents because I think that's simply false on its face, which may be causing some of the confusion.

It is in the USC. Look in the enumerated powers section and in the ORIGINAL constitution it mentions Law of Nations. That is Vattal's Law of Nations and that is the book we founded this Nation on. In that book, natural born citizens is in fact TWO American citizens. If one citizen in not an American citizen, the person is under dual citizenship and that is also mentioned in the USC. One must look into the original text and ignore SCOTUS when they mention Common Law. We fought a war over Common Law so why would we found a Nation under a failed concept?

Besides, SCOTUS offers OPINIONS and not LAW. That;s what the USC says about SCOTUS but, you know...why should they listen to the USC when no one else does?
