I have a deep attachment our friends in New York, protesting the Obama administration's decision for terror trials in the civilian courts. There's lot of reporting on today's protest. A very long time ago, I fought in Afghanistan, Tajikistan and many other "stan" Nations and one thing was very clear to us all. Not one single man or woman we fought either understood the US Constitution or were subjected to it. Still, today, none other than an American citizen has the protections of the US Constitution so why is Holder bringing them here? Because he doesn't know anything about the United States Constitution so therefore, he has no business in the position that he is in.

To think that Holder and the President are doing this for "appearance sake" to the rest of the world, as a political distraction, and a chance for a little more "Bush/Cheney bashing" is almost mind-boggling. The "silver lining" of this whole debacle is that it quickly exposed just how cold, radical, anti-military, and idealogically naive both of them really are.
