The States Will Be the Next Battlefield in the Fight Over ObamaCare
Sun, December 6, 2009 at 22:21 [...] Many lawmakers across the U.S. are already sticking out their necks by standing up against a federal takeover of the healthcare industry. Legislators from 15 states held a press conference on Dec. 4th to unveil a letter, signed by over 100 lawmakers from 45 states, opposing ObamaCare. We must now put pressure on their colleagues to join them. If elected officials in Washington D.C. cannot be counted on to fulfill their duty to pass only those laws within their constitutional authority, then we have no choice but to look elsewhere to recapture our rights. [...] The 10th Amendment tells us that the powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. [...]
The American Civil War Part 2 is coming. Some are saying that it will be in the courts. Fuck the courts. The courts are packed with libtards. Haven't you been paying attention? Andrea Shea King talks of the 1oth Amendment. What about the 17th Amendment that took the 10th Amendment powers away from the States...illegally? Which one is right?
Brian Garst mentions the courts but then ends his post the way I would have started it. Why bother with a bunch of Congress Critters that have no regard for the USC except where some judge in the 1930s said that whatever the Congress does is constitutional? Where in the FUCK is that in the United States Constitution? Sorry. I was speaking Grunt Speak...has something to do with Afghanistan I am sure. Phuck Obama and phuck the United States POS Congress.
Consider this post a War Warning. Pay attention.

Obama Care? Perhaps we should change the name to the Obama Kill-Bill Part 1.
What is it about the word N-O do these POS in DC not understand? It seems plain English may be too much for them.
With the exception of a dozen or so assholes in CONgress every one of our elected "officials" should be forced to resign. Or option number 2 if they refuse then a few million Americans can make another trip to DC to physically remove the bastards.
They are in our house paid for by our taxes, living on our money that comes from our taxes with perks and freebies paid for by us. Do they not get that?
Frankly I'm for option number 2. Waiting for elections in 2010 is too long to wait.
Like I said, "make this post a War Warning" and if the crack pots don't like that come and get me.
