First State of the Congress

Below is the text as prepared and delivered by the Fraudobama, packed with deceit and out-right lies.  Czarbie wouldn't know Truth if it was inserted where sun normally does not shine.  He is the very epitome of consummate liar.

The "address" was not to We The People, unless you consider "We The People" as the "men and women who sent us here".  The rest of us?  In the way.  There wasn't the traditional Hail To The Chief playing but, the good thing is that Sting's Desert Rose wasn't played either.  I guess there was already too much "fluff" and "ceremonial" silliness as it was.  I listened to the speech only once but I watched it thrice.  The first two was to observe, without the distraction of audio, the body language of The First Czar, Czarina II and the Sot behind him...the Stimulus Czar.

I also observed camera angles and camera panning.  One particular observation was the cameras only panned Republicans when they were actually in agreement with The First Czar.  Perhaps this doesn't mean anything to anyone but it should.  It is called Indoctrination.  "See? The Republicans agree with Obama!"  Some do but the vast majority do not.

My commentary will be in the "quotes" function of this web site editing platform.  Obama's text will be in normal print and my comments will be quoted, in italics and in bold-faced print.

Let us begin with shredding the delivery of one of the most lie-packed speeches in our history.

Remarks of [p]resident {NOT} Barack Obama – As Prepared for Delivery
Address to Joint Session of Congress
Tuesday, February 24th, 2009

Remarks of President Barack Obama -- Address to Joint Session of Congress

Madame Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congress, and the First Lady of the United States:

I’ve come here tonight not only to address the distinguished men and women in this great chamber, but to speak frankly and directly to the men and women who sent us here.

So, those of us who did not send all of you there are not being addressed.  OK.  I get it now.  We do not exist because we are in your way.  I see.  Or, perhaps, we are being addressed "indirectly", then.  We are a side-bar.  Not a problem.  We will respond accordingly.  That Abyss of Obscurity is being dug deeper and deeper at the moment.

I know that for many Americans watching right now, the state of our economy is a concern that rises above all others.  And rightly so.  If you haven’t been personally affected by this recession, you probably know someone who has – a friend; a neighbor; a member of your family.  You don’t need to hear another list of statistics to know that our economy is in crisis, because you live it every day.  It’s the worry you wake up with and the source of sleepless nights.  It’s the job you thought you’d retire from but now have lost; the business you built your dreams upon that’s now hanging by a thread; the college acceptance letter your child had to put back in the envelope.  The impact of this recession is real, and it is everywhere.

Which "most Americans" is that?  The ones that sent you there or are we all included now?  Make up your mind and who writes your speeches?  William Ayers returning the favor?  And furthermore, about that "and rightly so" comment.  Why?  Are you acknowledging that it has been the "failed policies" of the Democrat Party in the housing industry that created this whole mess?

And, no, we do not need to hear "that our economy is in crisis" because we already know The How, The Why and The Who (not the rock band, either).  What we are waiting for is all of your alleged honesty, integrity, accountability and stop with the blaming people that had nothing to do with those 30+ years of DNC economic boondoggling and forcing banks to knowingly loan money to people that had no means to repay.

And, by the way, Americans that have lost their jobs and homes etc., know that it was the Democrats that screwed everything put by now.  We are merely waiting for your "honesty" to shine through.

Thanks to you and your ilk, we will be in a Depression when all of this is said and done.  We have the tar and feathers ready to go and to be applied to your kind, in deserving manner.  We are watching.

But while our economy may be weakened and our confidence shaken; though we are living through difficult and uncertain times, tonight I want every American to know this:

We will rebuild, we will recover, and the United States of America will emerge stronger than before.

Of that there is no doubt, in spite of your intrusive and failed political Bravo Sierra.  It will just take longer with you in the way.  As soon as America kicks you to the curb where you belong, the Recovery will begin.

The weight of this crisis will not determine the destiny of this nation.  The answers to our problems don’t lie beyond our reach.  They exist in our laboratories and universities; in our fields and our factories; in the imaginations of our entrepreneurs and the pride of the hardest-working people on Earth.  Those qualities that have made America the greatest force of progress and prosperity in human history we still possess in ample measure.  What is required now is for this country to pull together, confront boldly the challenges we face, and take responsibility for our future once more.

What does "The weight of this crisis will not determine the destiny of this nation" mean exactly?  The weight of this crisis is the manufactured and contrived economic "downturn", you Big Dummy you (to quote Archie Bunker seeing you like to quote Sitcoms).  At least I get them right...you don't.

The "hardest-working people on Earth?  What?  Is this yet another flip-flop?  According to your kind, our "educated" are so behind the times and way behind the eight-ball that we have to "re-educate" our Teachers.  What are you blathering about?  And, again, who writes your material?  Make up my mind, please.

And, another thing.  What is this lunacy about America Exceptionalism of which you yammer?  In the Bush Administration, that was considered as taboo.  Remember?  Another flip-flop.  Good God Almighty.  Oh.  Wait.  Should I have said Good GD Almighty?

Here's a thought, Barry baby: you stated, "What is required now is for this country to pull together, confront boldly the challenges we face, and take responsibility for our future once more."  That all sounds good and feels all flowery, touchy-feely and appeals to the emotion but, it shreds every sense of dignity, common sense and intellectual ability to discern.  Here's a bold challenge for your Americanized Marxist ways and means.

You, allegedly, were an adjunct professor someplace (records hidden from view so we really don't know) so you must know that this Generational Rape and Theft Act of 2009 is in fact unconstitutional.  Oh.  Wait.  You once said that the Constitution didn't go "far enough" to grant more power to the Federal Government.  I forgot.  You are only trying to legislate around the Constitution.  I see.  Disregard last transmission - tongue-in-cheek, you understand.

Now, if we’re honest with ourselves, we’ll admit that for too long, we have not always met these responsibilities – as a government or as a people.  I say this not to lay blame or look backwards, but because it is only by understanding how we arrived at this moment that we’ll be able to lift ourselves out of this predicament.

What?  Excuse me?  If we are honest with ourselves?  This is one of those trick statements, I am sure!  You, obviously have no regard, inkling or concept about honesty whatsoever.  None.  While we are on the subject, how about showing some "honesty" and produce your birth certificate just for the hell of it and proving all of us Black Helicopter Republicans wrong.  OK?  I would gladly accept the fact that I was wrong.  As a matter of fact, I truly wish my suspicions are unfounded.  However, when you run away from the issue and spend millions to fight the production of the birth certificate for reasons unknown, what are we to think?  Are you ignoring the issue in the hopes it goes away?

And, this was a mouthful: "...we’ll admit that for too long, we have not always met these responsibilities – as a government or as a people."  Indeed.  Personal and professional accountability to your kind is anathema and causes reactions equivalent to fingernails across the chalkboard.  So, naturally, unless you are blaming President Bush for those failed policies, you don't want to "lay blame or look backwards, but because it is only by understanding how we arrived at this moment that we’ll be able to lift ourselves out of this predicament.", because it may lead to YOU and YOUR kind that are directly responsible.

You blather and yammer about "it was all Bush's fault" but when it comes to down to the real deal, all of a sudden it is immaterial and not applicable.  You Double Standard Lying Ass you.  Simply incredible.

The fact is, our economy did not fall into decline overnight.  Nor did all of our problems begin when the housing market collapsed or the stock market sank.  We have known for decades that our survival depends on finding new sources of energy.  Yet we import more oil today than ever before.  The cost of health care eats up more and more of our savings each year, yet we keep delaying reform.  Our children will compete for jobs in a global economy that too many of our schools do not prepare them for.  And though all these challenges went unsolved, we still managed to spend more money and pile up more debt, both as individuals and through our government, than ever before.

HOLD THE PRESSES!  STOP THE WORLD!  I WANNA GET OFF!  Did I hear and now read this right?  What?  "The fact is, our economy did not fall into decline overnight."  Oh.  Wait.  For a minute there I thought you were going to admit to being at fault but, in the end, it is the fault of the oil industry.  Oh.  Wait!  Why is it the oil industry's fault?  Cold it be that there haven't been new refineries built in 40+ years?  Could it be that they haven't been allowed to drill for our own oil except in areas where the oil is not accessible?  And, who is to blame for that, Barry?  Good God, man.  Oh.  Wait.  Good allah, mensch!

About that "nor did all of our problems begin when the housing market collapsed or the stock market sank." bit.  Again with the blithering idiocy, Barry!  The current downturn is in fact stemming from Jimmy Carter's housing lunacy and expanded by Bill Clinton.  Oil has nothing to do with it at all.  Not one bit.  Nice try at deflection there Skippy but, please check with Bill for that cigar you are looking for.

"We have known for decades that our survival depends on finding new sources of energy." Yes indeed.  Nice partial Truth.  Why haven't we achieved this yet?  Think EPA.  Think DEMOCRAT PARTY "failed" energy policies.  Dingbat.  We import more oil because you and your kind want a Fairly Land Alice In Wonderland environment and have created an environment that is enslaved to "failed Democrat Party energy policies" and it has been this way for decades.  Take up your own cross and admit something for a change and be "honest".  Stop being such an allusive liar.

About education; dump the NEA and the putrid school system.  That would be a good start.  Then, promote Home Schooling and phase out public schools because throwing good money at a "failed policy" is simply retarded.

And, because "all these challenges went unsolved" due to DNC "failed policies", we are to support more of the same?  Please tell us why.  Be honest, if you have an honest bone in your body.

In other words, we have lived through an era where too often, short-term gains were prized over long-term prosperity; where we failed to look beyond the next payment, the next quarter, or the next election.  A surplus became an excuse to transfer wealth to the wealthy instead of an opportunity to invest in our future.  Regulations were gutted for the sake of a quick profit at the expense of a healthy market.  People bought homes they knew they couldn’t afford from banks and lenders who pushed those bad loans anyway.  And all the while, critical debates and difficult decisions were put off for some other time on some other day.

Stalin would be proud.  Where does one begin with this paragraph?  The beginning perhaps?  Barry?  You almost admitted to the DIRECT cause to the current quagmire and then quickly moved away from it.  Was this on your teleprompter?  If not, did the voice in your earpiece say to move on?  I was almost surprised and I almost thought well of you.  Now I am back to thinking, "Oh well".

People bought homes that they couldn't afford because of the "failed Democrat policies".  Admit it and move on.  We all know it and so do you.  You must know but do not have the moral fortitude to admit it in the open for all to hear.

The banks "pushed those bad loans" because of your kind.  And that is historical fact.

Well that day of reckoning has arrived, and the time to take charge of our future is here.

Yes.  Throw Barny Frank and the rest under the jail and throw the key away.  That would be a good start.  Taking charge of our future would be to dump you and your kind.  We demand that the USG adhere to the United States Constitution and currently, this is not taking place.

Now is the time to act boldly and wisely – to not only revive this economy, but to build a new foundation for lasting prosperity.  Now is the time to jumpstart job creation, re-start lending, and invest in areas like energy, health care, and education that will grow our economy, even as we make hard choices to bring our deficit down.  That is what my economic agenda is designed to do, and that’s what I’d like to talk to you about tonight.

It’s an agenda that begins with jobs.

No, it's the Constitution where all things begin.  Government intrusion and meddling where it is unconstitutionally meddling is at the very heart of the current contrived crisis.

We do not accept your Americanized Marxism and it is not your function to meddle with State's Rights.  Ever.  Never.  Out of your jurisdiction.  Period.  End of discussion.

And what is this "new foundation" of which you speak?  Is it the United States Constitution or is it that Little Red Book?  Or that Saul Alinsky book?  Or that poetry written by your Marxist Uncle?  Or, is it that which you learned in Indonesia?  Pakistan?  What new foundation are you talking about?  Why are you so afraid of specifics?

Re-start lending?  Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac recently LOWERED qualifications standards, again which is the ROOT cause of all of this!  What are you yammering about now?

We will have "lasting prosperity" just as soon as we return to Free Markets and Free Enterprise and allow Free Markets to find its own levels...like water does.  When government, acting like a damn, gets involved, everything it dams up, pretty soon bursts its bounds and has its own China Syndrome until it can find its own levels once more.  Stop meddling.  Socialism does not work.  Ever.

Bring our deficit down?  How?  By TRIPLING it and then saying you are going to cut it in half?  Get a grip and get some more material.  I know I am hard on you at times because you are an Americanized Marxist but you certainly are not stupid.  So, please, stop talking down to everyone.  It makes you look and sound like a moron.

By the way, your economic agenda has already failed.  Get over it.  Every time you open your pie-hole, the market tanks and it isn't a coincidence.

As soon as I took office, I asked this Congress to send me a recovery plan by President’s Day that would put people back to work and put money in their pockets.  Not because I believe in bigger government – I don’t.  Not because I’m not mindful of the massive debt we’ve inherited – I am.  I called for action because the failure to do so would have cost more jobs and caused more hardships.  In fact, a failure to act would have worsened our long-term deficit by assuring weak economic growth for years.  That’s why I pushed for quick action.  And tonight, I am grateful that this Congress delivered, and pleased to say that the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is now law.

OK. I call Bravo Sierra.  I also call LIAR LIAR!  Here's why.  "Not because I believe in bigger government – I don’t."  This is one of those you-must-be kidding-me-moments.  Did you actually read this jibberish before someone placed it on the teleprompter or is this one of those adlib moments you have from time to time?  This Crap Sandwich has more than quadrupled the size of government.  Have you even read the damn bill?  Have you?  Has anyone?  I have only gotten about 110 pages under my belt and in those pages, there is much concern and out-right countless examples of Constitution Shredding going on.

And here's another one that caused me nearly to snort coffee: "Not because I’m not mindful of the massive debt we’ve inherited – I am."  Tell us, Barry, why is it that when President Bush "inherited" the Clinton recession it was Bush's economy and when you say that you inherited something, it isn't your economy?  Doesn't that seem a little odd to you?  Oh.  Wait.  Never mind.  I don't have enough time to sit through an hour of er, uh, um.

On this stupid statement that no one has called you on yet to my knowledge; "In fact, a failure to act would have worsened our long-term deficit by assuring weak economic growth for years.", I have to once again call Bravo Sierra.  Why is it that when your kind agree with the CBO, you are all over it but when the CBO calls Bravo Sierra, your kind ignore it?

The CBO said to do nothing would hasten recovery and to pass this Crap Sandwich would hinder recovery.  Again with the DNC Double Standard crap.  Simply amazing.  I know.  I'm not a libtard in-the-tank with that panty-waste Soros and all that so I don't know anything.  You'd be surprised, Barry, what I do in fact know about you.

Yes, you called for Chicken Little action, we know.  And then you were in such a hurry to get it all done, you waited almost a week before signing this "emergency".  Damn fraud.

Over the next two years, this plan will save or create 3.5 million jobs.  More than 90% of these jobs will be in the private sector – jobs rebuilding our roads and bridges; constructing wind turbines and solar panels; laying broadband and expanding mass transit.

Horse droppings.  First we heard that it might.  Then we heard it could.  Then we heard you hoped.  Now, we hear that it will or could.  Make up your mind so I can make up mine.  While we're on the subject, what happens to al these jobs that we all hope, might come true when all this "stimulus work" is done?  Can we spell "back to the unemployment lines"?  The what?  I know.  Long term thinking evades a liar's ways and means.  Laying broadband?  Everyone needs internet?  Constitution chapter and verse please.

Because of this plan, there are teachers who can now keep their jobs and educate our kids.  Health care professionals can continue caring for our sick.  There are 57 police officers who are still on the streets of Minneapolis tonight because this plan prevented the layoffs their department was about to make.

I call Fear Mongering!  Why are these teachers going to lose their jobs if this bill didn't pass?  What's up with that?  Why can't Health Care workers continue on if this Bill didn't pass?  They need an unconstitutional Bill to continue caring for the sick?

Barry?  Get a new Speech Writer.  This one sucks.  %7 Police Officers for those 57 States.  Good deal.  Idiot.  FEAR Monger!

Because of this plan, 95% of the working households in America will receive a tax cut – a tax cut that you will see in your paychecks beginning on April 1st.

Indeed?  A tax cut?  To the tune of $13 a week?  THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!  OH MY GOD!  A WHOLE $13!!  WOW!  Did you mention that the poor in this Nation just received the LARGEST tax increase in the history of the Nation?  Did you know that about 90% of the smokers in this Nation are the POOR people and that MOST of the POOR people smoke and YOU raised cigarette taxes by 61 cents a pack?  And most smoke 2 to 3 packs a day?  Idiot Obama supporters just got raped.

Because of this plan, families who are struggling to pay tuition costs will receive a $2,500 tax credit for all four years of college.  And Americans who have lost their jobs in this recession will be able to receive extended unemployment benefits and continued health care coverage to help them weather this storm.

Constitution chapter and verse, please.  Over to you.

I know there are some in this chamber and watching at home who are skeptical of whether this plan will work.  I understand that skepticism.  Here in Washington, we’ve all seen how quickly good intentions can turn into broken promises and wasteful spending.  And with a plan of this scale comes enormous responsibility to get it right.

You can start by getting it right when all of your facts are in front of you and each "policy" is reconciled with the United States Constitution.  Another way to "get things right" and for EVERYONE, including yourself, actually READ each and every Bill.  To me, that is only the beginning.  Then and only then, can each "program" be justified by the US Constitution that each and every one of you swore an Oath to Defend and Protect.

That is why I have asked Vice President Biden to lead a tough, unprecedented oversight effort – because nobody messes with Joe.  I have told each member of my Cabinet as well as mayors and governors across the country that they will be held accountable by me and the American people for every dollar they spend.  I have appointed a proven and aggressive Inspector General to ferret out any and all cases of waste and fraud.  And we have created a new website called recovery.gov so that every American can find out how and where their money is being spent.

Good plan.  You put an alcoholic as the "Recovery" Stimulus Czar.  Have you lost your mind?  Don't answer that.  One cannot lose something that they never had to begin with.

You have asked your Cabinet, comprised of tax cheats, crooks, liars and LOBBYISTS to do what?

Held accountable to you?  Just who in the hell do YOU think that YOU are?  The Czar?  Don't answer that...we already know the answer.

An aggressive and proven IG?  That's a joke, correct?  Proven by whom and what cause(s)?  You can begin "ferreting out fraud, waste and abuse by rescinding this Crap Sandwich, tearing it up and starting over.  Every time you open your mouth, the market tanks.  Good job, moonbat.

And about that Recovery Dot Gov web site.  I placed a few comments in there asking about the Constitutionality of all of this and have as of yet, not received an answer.  And, where is that 5-day "review" before voting on Bills "policy"?  What happened to that?

So the recovery plan we passed is the first step in getting our economy back on track.  But it is just the first step.  Because even if we manage this plan flawlessly, there will be no real recovery unless we clean up the credit crisis that has severely weakened our financial system.

Bravo Sierra.  The recovery plan has already failed.  The economy is going in the wrong direction, silly boy.  One cannot handle a flawed plan correctly so your statement holds no water.  By the way, the credit crisis causations are STILL in place.  Ask Chris Dodd and Barny Boy.

I want to speak plainly and candidly about this issue tonight, because every American should know that it directly affects you and your family’s well-being.  You should also know that the money you’ve deposited in banks across the country is safe; your insurance is secure; and you can rely on the continued operation of our financial system.  That is not the source of concern.

The source of concern, Barry, is the blatant shredding of the United States Constitution.  Get a grip, little one.  Perhaps your tonal inflections swoon your automaton followers that have been indoctrinated with pathetic Academians but I, have not been.

It is impossible to reconcile your drivel with the Constitution.  Prove me wrong, I triple-dog dare you.

The concern is that if we do not re-start lending in this country, our recovery will be choked off before it even begins.

Wrong.  The vast majority of economists are saying the exact opposite but you choose to take advice from people like the Gov of Michigan that has tanked the Michigan economy.  Simply amazing.

The CBO says you are full of crap.  The brits and most of Europe is saying that you are full of crap and your kind ALWAYS want to make our laws after the fashion of Europe and Europe is always right...until now.  What's up with that?

You see, the flow of credit is the lifeblood of our economy.  The ability to get a loan is how you finance the purchase of everything from a home to a car to a college education; how stores stock their shelves, farms buy equipment, and businesses make payroll.

Wrong.  Credit is the CAUSE of this.  Everything is on paper and paper only.  Credit kills and now we are to get deeper into debt to get out of debt.  That's like saying you can lose weight by eating 100 donuts a day.

We have been told time and time again about the deficits and when a GOP is in office or control, the deficit is a horrid thing.  And now, all of a sudden, a LARGER deficit is needed to spend ourselves out of debt?  That's like saying I can't afford my house payment so I am going to go out and buy a new truck.  This makes sense to you?

But credit has stopped flowing the way it should.  Too many bad loans from the housing crisis have made their way onto the books of too many banks.  With so much debt and so little confidence, these banks are now fearful of lending out any more money to households, to businesses, or to each other.  When there is no lending, families can’t afford to buy homes or cars.  So businesses are forced to make layoffs.  Our economy suffers even more, and credit dries up even further.

There you go again saying the banks did a bad thing by making bad loans by DNC POLICIES!  YOUR people forced the banks to do this and now it is bad?  What changed?  The failed policies that the Bush Administration tried 11 times to fix over the last 8 years and YOU and YOUR kind wouldn't have any of it?

Fire your speech writers.

The banks should be "fearful".  They KNEW the Plan sucked back then but they HAD to comply by Congressional Edict.  Why is it all of a sudden a bad thing for the banks to be fearful?  Because you can point the finger at an Administration that tried to correct 30+ years of failed economic policies, orchestrated and installed by DEMOCRATS?  Idiot.

That is why this administration is moving swiftly and aggressively to break this destructive cycle, restore confidence, and re-start lending.

You can "break the destructive cycle" by immediately resigning and put someone in place that actually knows just what in the hell they are doing.  No one has confidence in you, Barry.  The markets certainly don't.  You suck and you are in over your head.  As a matter of fact, you are fired.  Your 30-day probation "just give you a chance" mantra has proven to be a bad idea.

Your "approval ratings" have dropped 30 points in 30 days.  Your Crap Sandwich "approval ratings" has dropped 30 points in less time.  If you keep this up, your first 100 days will show that your approval ratings will be less than when GWB exited State Right.

Good job Uncle Obama.

We will do so in several ways.  First, we are creating a new lending fund that represents the largest effort ever to help provide auto loans, college loans, and small business loans to the consumers and entrepreneurs who keep this economy running.

Great.  ANOTHER source of "failed economic policies".  Another lending fund.  Question: just where is all of this money coming from that we don't have?  And, about those companies that keep this country running - you keep taxing the crap out of them and they'll go under.  Then again, you don't care.  Your ultimate Plan is to run this Nation into the ground so you and your kind can gain your socialist control in totality.

I read the Works of Lenin, just like you did.  I can hear it in your verbiage and see it in your eyes.  HINT: wear dark glasses.

Second, we have launched a housing plan that will help responsible families facing the threat of foreclosure lower their monthly payments and re-finance their mortgages.  It’s a plan that won’t help speculators or that neighbor down the street who bought a house he could never hope to afford, but it will help millions of Americans who are struggling with declining home values – Americans who will now be able to take advantage of the lower interest rates that this plan has already helped bring about.  In fact, the average family who re-finances today can save nearly $2000 per year on their mortgage.

Yeah.  ACORN is all over that one.  Good job.  Just where did you get your financial experience, anyway?

Third, we will act with the full force of the federal government to ensure that the major banks that Americans depend on have enough confidence and enough money to lend even in more difficult times.  And when we learn that a major bank has serious problems, we will hold accountable those responsible, force the necessary adjustments, provide the support to clean up their balance sheets, and assure the continuity of a strong, viable institution that can serve our people and our economy.

FULL FORCE OF WHAT?  DING DING DING DING!!   How about starting with holding accountable those in the Democrat Party that STARTED this ball rolling?  Start thee and just maybe someone with at least .3 microns of cranial material can take you seriously.  Stop being such a fraud.  I know it will be hard and it will hurt but, didn't you just chastise folks for not being honest?

I understand that on any given day, Wall Street may be more comforted by an approach that gives banks bailouts with no strings attached, and that holds nobody accountable for their reckless decisions.  But such an approach won’t solve the problem.  And our goal is to quicken the day when we re-start lending to the American people and American business and end this crisis once and for all.

At the moment, no one holds CONgress - or you - accountable because We The People have no "standing".  So, as soon as YOU and YOUR kind start practicing that which you demand of others, you will not be trusted or "obeyed".  We contain and possess the Spirit of Resistance.

Stop with the "will of the Congress will be done" idiocy.

I intend to hold these banks fully accountable for the assistance they receive, and this time, they will have to clearly demonstrate how taxpayer dollars result in more lending for the American taxpayer.  This time, CEOs won’t be able to use taxpayer money to pad their paychecks or buy fancy drapes or disappear on a private jet.  Those days are over.

You intend to do what?  Are you Master of the Universe now?  "Rather" arrogant there, Zippy.  Ask Nancy Pelosi about that private jet thing.  Who cares about companies flying around on private jets when CONgress Critters fly on those SAME jets on junkets to Aruba?  Who cares when Nanna flies around in a 757?

Be honest, Barry.  The best thing you can do for this Nation is for you to just shut up.

Still, this plan will require significant resources from the federal government – and yes, probably more than we’ve already set aside.  But while the cost of action will be great, I can assure you that the cost of inaction will be far greater, for it could result in an economy that sputters along for not months or years, but perhaps a decade.  That would be worse for our deficit, worse for business, worse for you, and worse for the next generation.  And I refuse to let that happen.

Significant resources from the federal government.  Indeed.  And, I will add, an unconstitutional significant resources from the federal government.  And, in your own words, I refuse to let that happen.

More than we set aside.  Poli-speak for, "you ain't seen nothin' yet".

The cost of inaction has been shown, by your own CBO and others much smarter than yourself or I, have said that you are out of line and out of touch.  The end.

By the way, your Fear Mongering is hereby exposed, fool.

I understand that when the last administration asked this Congress to provide assistance for struggling banks, Democrats and Republicans alike were infuriated by the mismanagement and results that followed.  So were the American taxpayers.  So was I.

"So was I".  And, you did nothing to fix it.  Why?  Why not?  Why do you and your kind block every attempt to repair the situation when it could have been stopped and this quagmire wold never of happened?  Why did you NOT take action?  Is it because it wasn't politically expedient?

So I know how unpopular it is to be seen as helping banks right now, especially when everyone is suffering in part from their bad decisions.  I promise you – I get it.

Liar.  No you don't.  Stop lying.  It makes you seem much more stupid than we think you already are.  You are not fooling anyine but your idiot supporters.  Damn fraud.

But I also know that in a time of crisis, we cannot afford to govern out of anger, or yield to the politics of the moment.  My job – our job – is to solve the problem.  Our job is to govern with a sense of responsibility.  I will not spend a single penny for the purpose of rewarding a single Wall Street executive, but I will do whatever it takes to help the small business that can’t pay its workers or the family that has saved and still can’t get a mortgage.

Govern out of anger?  You mean BDS?  Blame Bush for YOUR "failed policies"?  Blame the contrived crisis on President Bush because your idiot supporters think that to be chic?

Your job, Barry, is to govern first and foremost, honestly and Constitutionally.  Period.  End of discussion.  Are you doing that?  No, you are not.

Stalin would be proud indeed.

You won't spend what?  Are you writing the checks?  Are you Adolf incarnate now?

That’s what this is about.  It’s not about helping banks – it’s about helping people.  Because when credit is available again, that young family can finally buy a new home.  And then some company will hire workers to build it.  And then those workers will have money to spend, and if they can get a loan too, maybe they’ll finally buy that car, or open their own business.  Investors will return to the market, and American families will see their retirement secured once more.  Slowly, but surely, confidence will return, and our economy will recover.

You can help We The People best by butting out and getting out of the way of Free Markets.  Government intrusion and "intervention" has done more harm in the long run than anything else known to man.  Period.

Free Markets have tendancy to work itsekf out.  Let it run its course.

So I ask this Congress to join me in doing whatever proves necessary.  Because we cannot consign our nation to an open-ended recession.  And to ensure that a crisis of this magnitude never happens again, I ask Congress to move quickly on legislation that will finally reform our outdated regulatory system.  It is time to put in place tough, new common-sense rules of the road so that our financial market rewards drive and innovation, and punishes short-cuts and abuse.

Oh.  I see.  So, it is now chic for DEMOCRATS to do this when at one time, before they got RINO's, Republicans tried to do exactly that but they were considered to be racists.  Are you now a racist Barry and is racism OK now because Democrats have the helm?  DCN Double Standards amaze me.

The recovery plan and the financial stability plan are the immediate steps we’re taking to revive our economy in the short-term.  But the only way to fully restore America’s economic strength is to make the long-term investments that will lead to new jobs, new industries, and a renewed ability to compete with the rest of the world. The only way this century will be another American century is if we confront at last the price of our dependence on oil and the high cost of health care; the schools that aren’t preparing our children and the mountain of debt they stand to inherit.  That is our responsibility.

In case you haven't noticed Barry, it isn't working.  This "policy" isn't a long-term investment that most think it is.  It is an end-run on the United States Constitution, plain and simple.  It isn't the Fed's job to provide Heath Care, Abortions and other issues to We The People.  Read that Constitution, Barry.  The sooner the better.

My grandchildren of the grandchildren that I don't have yet will be paying for this, you bloviating Americanized Marxist.

In the next few days, I will submit a budget to Congress.  So often, we have come to view these documents as simply numbers on a page or laundry lists of programs.  I see this document differently.  I see it as a vision for America – as a blueprint for our future.

You mean that POS that contains 9,000 earmarks?  That one?  The one the House just voted on?  The Bills that will be ON LINE 5 days BEFORE any voting, Barry?  That one?

My budget does not attempt to solve every problem or address every issue.  It reflects the stark reality of what we’ve inherited – a trillion dollar deficit, a financial crisis, and a costly recession.

And that is a big fat lie and you know it.  It is, by your own rules, YOUR economy and YOUR mess and you are making it worse.  Good job.  How can you sleep at night knowing that you are lying your arse off like this?  And, why is adding a $1T deficit on top of a $1T deficit going to fix anything?  Like I said.  Fire your speech writers and your handlers.

Given these realities, everyone in this chamber – Democrats and Republicans – will have to sacrifice some worthy priorities for which there are no dollars.  And that includes me.

Like Constitutional priorities?  Are we to set that aside now?

But that does not mean we can afford to ignore our long-term challenges.  I reject the view that says our problems will simply take care of themselves; that says government has no role in laying the foundation for our common prosperity.

You reject tham because you are an Americanized Marxist, taking your drumbeat from the likes of Che, Lenin, Stalin, Chairman Mao, Pol Pot, Marx and Engles.  I have read all about them and studied them all.  I even have read about Saul Alinsky, William Ayers and Uncle Frank.  Remember them?  Common prosperity?  Where is that in the Constitution, Barry?  Ever heard of State Sovereignty, Barry?

For history tells a different story.  History reminds us that at every moment of economic upheaval and transformation, this nation has responded with bold action and big ideas.  In the midst of civil war, we laid railroad tracks from one coast to another that spurred commerce and industry.  From the turmoil of the Industrial Revolution came a system of public high schools that prepared our citizens for a new age.  In the wake of war and depression, the GI Bill sent a generation to college and created the largest middle-class in history.  And a twilight struggle for freedom led to a nation of highways, an American on the moon, and an explosion of technology that still shapes our world.

FDR, Barry?  That was a dismal failure now wasn't it?  And you want to do the same?  What is it with you Democrats that you insist on continuing your failed policies as if they are good?  Show me one that has ever amounted to much and was actually beneficial to anyone in the long term?  Just one would suffice...if you can find one.

You say you are like Lincoln.  Lincoln brought us the Civil War which, by the way, wasn't about slavery.  It was about States Sovereignty.  Ring a bell?  An overbearing Federal Government, DICTATING to the States of that which they could and could not do - much like today - and look where that got us.  Good job.  You are leading us down that very road.

You say you are like Reagan.  Evidently, you have never studied Reagan.  I have.  In fact, I knew him personally and you ain't him.  Not by a long shot.  Ronaldus Maximus would be laughing in your face having heard all the idiocy oozing from between your lips.  Need a bib?

In each case, government didn’t supplant private enterprise; it catalyzed private enterprise.  It created the conditions for thousands of entrepreneurs and new businesses to adapt and to thrive.

We are a nation that has seen promise amid peril, and claimed opportunity from ordeal.  Now we must be that nation again.  That is why, even as it cuts back on the programs we don’t need, the budget I submit will invest in the three areas that are absolutely critical to our economic future:  energy, health care, and education.

It begins with energy.

We know the country that harnesses the power of clean, renewable energy will lead the 21st century.  And yet, it is China that has launched the largest effort in history to make their economy energy efficient.  We invented solar technology, but we’ve fallen behind countries like Germany and Japan in producing it.  New plug-in hybrids roll off our assembly lines, but they will run on batteries made in Korea.

SIGH!  Yaddayaddayaddayadda, blahblahblahblah, super kalyou fragi listic expe al a doscious!  Good Lord, Barry and no, I am not referring to your not-so-holiness, either.

Cutting back on programs that we do not need.  Like about everything that cannot be reconciled with the US Constitution?  Like abortion?  The Education Department?  The IRS?   The list goes on and on ad nauseum ad infinitum.

The three areas you mention are not reconcilable with the United States Constitution.  You know it.  I know it.  We all know it.  Prove me wrong.  I will not hold my breathe.

Well I do not accept a future where the jobs and industries of tomorrow take root beyond our borders – and I know you don’t either.  It is time for America to lead again.

There you go with that American Exceptionalism that was bad under Bush.  I don't get it.  We ALREADY lead, Barry and you will send us to Third World Status if you keep this activity up.  Idiot.  You failed policies is EXACTLY what has driven jobs over seas.  It is called taxation without representation.  You do know of this, correct?

Thanks to our recovery plan, we will double this nation’s supply of renewable energy in the next three years.  We have also made the largest investment in basic research funding in American history – an investment that will spur not only new discoveries in energy, but breakthroughs in medicine, science, and technology.

That whole paragraph is Bravo Sierra.  All of it.  Also, it is in fact quite unconstitutional.  Period.  You are doing Maxine Waters quite proud, though.  She wants to socialize, nationalize, take over the energy industry anyway, just like yourself.

We will soon lay down thousands of miles of power lines that can carry new energy to cities and towns across this country.  And we will put Americans to work making our homes and buildings more efficient so that we can save billions of dollars on our energy bills.

Again, unconstitutional.  And, again, quite intrusive.  I already have a power meter that is monitored each month, of which I am sent a bill.  On that bill, it lets me know how much I use.  I don't need some dip-dunk in DC monitoring how much electricity I use and it is none of your damn business.

It is none of your damn business how efficient I am.  That is my job, not yours.  Bugger off and KMA you Marxist Goon Thug bastard you.

But to truly transform our economy, protect our security, and save our planet from the ravages of climate change, we need to ultimately make clean, renewable energy the profitable kind of energy.  So I ask this Congress to send me legislation that places a market-based cap on carbon pollution and drives the production of more renewable energy in America.  And to support that innovation, we will invest fifteen billion dollars a year to develop technologies like wind power and solar power; advanced biofuels, clean coal, and more fuel-efficient cars and trucks built right here in America.

Global Warming Climate Change is a myth.  You know it.  Al Gore knows it.  The whole damn world knows it.  Hell, military satellites recently discovered that the ice that has melted didn't melt...the satellites misplaced it.  DO try and keep up, Barry.  Idiot.

What about the most effective and cleanest source of energy around, Barry?  You know.  Nuclear power plants.  It would be so French, don't you think?  You do like the French.  Yes?  Oui?

Clean coal?  What?  How did that happen?  Didn't you say on the campaign trail that you would do the world a favor and make it so expensive for those evil coal people that they would be driven from the face of the earth and that electricity costs would sky rocket?  Do you not remember that?  Where ya been?

Fire your speech writers, Barry.  Damn that internet that Gore made anyway...and you want EVERYONE to have the internet?  What are you thinking?  Oh.  Wait.

As for our auto industry, everyone recognizes that years of bad decision-making and a global recession have pushed our automakers to the brink.  We should not, and will not, protect them from their own bad practices.  But we are committed to the goal of a re-tooled, re-imagined auto industry that can compete and win.  Millions of jobs depend on it.  Scores of communities depend on it.  And I believe the nation that invented the automobile cannot walk away from it.

Yes.  All those DEMOCRAT PARTY "failed policies" and now you want to expand on them.  Good job dingabt.  Good job blaming them for following their marching orders received from CONgress - DEMOCRAT Congress session, by the way - you ignorant ass.

Unions and Democrats...the scourges of American Society.  Well done, Komraden.

None of this will come without cost, nor will it be easy.  But this is America.  We don’t do what’s easy.  We do what is necessary to move this country forward.

For that same reason, we must also address the crushing cost of health care.

More emotionally charged drivel with absolutely no Constitutional foundation.  None.  Zero.  Zip. Zilch.

Retarded law suits, due to "failed Democrat policies" again, thank you very much.  Why be so hard on yourself?

This is a cost that now causes a bankruptcy in America every thirty seconds.  By the end of the year, it could cause 1.5 million Americans to lose their homes.  In the last eight years, premiums have grown four times faster than wages.  And in each of these years, one million more Americans have lost their health insurance.  It is one of the major reasons why small businesses close their doors and corporations ship jobs overseas.  And it’s one of the largest and fastest-growing parts of our budget.

Bravo Sierra and Fear Mongering.  I have read the same reports, Slick and you are flat out wrong on that.  Please stick to facts and intellect.  I know that is hurtful and hard but, it is better in the long run.  Emotional vents are rough on the psyche.  Have some coffee, take 175 Excedrin and call it a night.

Given these facts, we can no longer afford to put health care reform on hold.

Given these facts, it is unconstitutional for the Federal Government to get involved.  Its involvement is that which has caused the, yet again, artificial and contrived health care quagmire.  Leave it alone, remove all previous government intrusion and all will be well much sooner than if you stick your mitts where they are not allowed.

Already, we have done more to advance the cause of health care reform in the last thirty days than we have in the last decade.  When it was days old, this Congress passed a law to provide and protect health insurance for eleven million American children whose parents work full-time.  Our recovery plan will invest in electronic health records and new technology that will reduce errors, bring down costs, ensure privacy, and save lives.  It will launch a new effort to conquer a disease that has touched the life of nearly every American by seeking a cure for cancer in our time.  And it makes the largest investment ever in preventive care, because that is one of the best ways to keep our people healthy and our costs under control.

Bravo Sierra.  Please check with Canada and England before you make a compete ass of yourself.  Never mind.  Too late.  I'll be damned if I am going to accept the fact that some dumbass in DC is going to dictate to my doctor the procedures that I require.  Idiot.

My doctor already has my data in his computers and I haven't died yet from it.  I don't need my medical records in DC for some hack to send out orders to have me euthanized because further treatments just aren't quite up to speed to justify any further care.

Screw you, Barry.

This budget builds on these reforms.  It includes an historic commitment to comprehensive health care reform – a down-payment on the principle that we must have quality, affordable health care for every American.  It’s a commitment that’s paid for in part by efficiencies in our system that are long overdue.  And it’s a step we must take if we hope to bring down our deficit in the years to come.

Reforms my bottom bolt.  t is more like a rewrite of the United States Constitution and the destruction of State Sovereignty by Congressional Legislation.  We can smell you coming 50 clicks away, Barry.

"Historic commitment" is an understatement.  Nothing like committing to shred and burn that damn piece of paper, Barry!  Well done Comrade!  And, what in the world is this "principle that we must have quality, affordable health care for every American"?  What clause did you pull that one from?

Put up or shut up.

Now, there will be many different opinions and ideas about how to achieve reform, and that is why I’m bringing together businesses and workers, doctors and health care providers, Democrats and Republicans to begin work on this issue next week.

Absolutely.  Constitution chapter and verse will take care of it.  Give it a shot.  Idiots gave you a chance and so far, you've blown your wad.  Yeah.  We heard about the additional $685,000,000,000 price tag on top of the $1T or so recently passed.  Where is all of this money that we didn't have last October but suddenly have now come from?

I might not want to know the answer.  It might have a peculiar odor.

I suffer no illusions that this will be an easy process.  It will be hard.  But I also know that nearly a century after Teddy Roosevelt first called for reform, the cost of our health care has weighed down our economy and the conscience of our nation long enough.  So let there be no doubt: health care reform cannot wait, it must not wait, and it will not wait another year.

Bite me.  In case you haven't noticed, Barry, there is a rising tide.  We call it the Conservative Tsunami.  Hopefully, it isn't all yack and the Tsunami will sweep you and your kind into that Abyss of Obscurity - where you belong.  Silenced and buried in the primordial ooze of hate and despair where the wailing and gnashing of teeth is an eternal happenstance.

The third challenge we must address is the urgent need to expand the promise of education in America.

In a global economy where the most valuable skill you can sell is your knowledge, a good education is no longer just a pathway to opportunity – it is a pre-requisite.

Right now, three-quarters of the fastest-growing occupations require more than a high school diploma.  And yet, just over half of our citizens have that level of education.  We have one of the highest high school dropout rates of any industrialized nation.  And half of the students who begin college never finish.

This is a prescription for economic decline, because we know the countries that out-teach us today will out-compete us tomorrow.  That is why it will be the goal of this administration to ensure that every child has access to a complete and competitive education – from the day they are born to the day they begin a career.

Already, we have made an historic investment in education through the economic recovery plan.  We have dramatically expanded early childhood education and will continue to improve its quality, because we know that the most formative learning comes in those first years of life.  We have made college affordable for nearly seven million more students.  And we have provided the resources necessary to prevent painful cuts and teacher layoffs that would set back our children’s progress.

What promise is that?  Yours or the United States Constitution?  Isn't this a curious thing?  The Constitution?  There are specific clauses therein that state exactly what the Federal Government powers are to LIMITED to.  Coupled with that are other entries that state that if a particular power is not given to the Federal Government, that "power" is in the laps and auspices of the Individual States.  Didn't you ever read that part or, is that the part you take issue with?  If you take issue with it, have the Constitution amended.  By the way, there is a process for that, you know.  Or do you?

All of the above babbling of yours is, in fact, quite noble.  Also, all of the above babbling of yours is quite unconstitutional.  Does nobility trump the US Constitution now?  I think not, Barry.  What ever happened to that "honesty" you talked about in the very beginning?

But we know that our schools don’t just need more resources.  They need more reform.  That is why this budget creates new incentives for teacher performance; pathways for advancement, and rewards for success.  We’ll invest in innovative programs that are already helping schools meet high standards and close achievement gaps.  And we will expand our commitment to charter schools.

Reform?  It needs to be dumped and we need to dump the NEA and the Department of Education.  End of story.  Way back when, before the Putrid School System was formed, kids had morals.  Now, they kill their teachers and each other.  That didn't happen before when they were taught ethics and morals instead of being taught the answers to tests.

What if we returned to a system that actually worked?  What a novelty that would be!

It is our responsibility as lawmakers and educators to make this system work.  But it is the responsibility of every citizen to participate in it.  And so tonight, I ask every American to commit to at least one year or more of higher education or career training.  This can be community college or a four-year school; vocational training or an apprenticeship.  But whatever the training may be, every American will need to get more than a high school diploma.  And dropping out of high school is no longer an option.  It’s not just quitting on yourself, it’s quitting on your country – and this country needs and values the talents of every American.  That is why we will provide the support necessary for you to complete college and meet a new goal:  by 2020, America will once again have the highest proportion of college graduates in the world.

That whole paragraph is Bravo Sierra.  You just proved that you have no idea what your function is.  Your function is to perform the will of We The People.  Period.  End of discussion.  On top of that, your job descriptions are permanently depicted in the pages of the US Constitution.

You, Barry, just proved to me that you are a blithering idiot.

I know that the price of tuition is higher than ever, which is why if you are willing to volunteer in your neighborhood or give back to your community or serve your country, we will make sure that you can afford a higher education.  And to encourage a renewed spirit of national service for this and future generations, I ask this Congress to send me the bipartisan legislation that bears the name of Senator Orrin Hatch as well as an American who has never stopped asking what he can do for his country – Senator Edward Kennedy.

That's right.  Bribe them with a freebie with strings attached.  Is this your Civilian National Security Force?  Again, chapter and verse of the US Constitution please.

These education policies will open the doors of opportunity for our children.  But it is up to us to ensure they walk through them.  In the end, there is no program or policy that can substitute for a mother or father who will attend those parent/teacher conferences, or help with homework after dinner, or turn off the TV, put away the video games, and read to their child.  I speak to you not just as a President, but as a father when I say that responsibility for our children's education must begin at home.

WOW!  Except for the opening sentence, I actually agree with this one and I didn't even need to think about it.  No poli-speak there but it sure has pissed off quite a few idiots at the NEA.  Run that line by them.  You'll get weird looks.

There is, of course, another responsibility we have to our children.  And that is the responsibility to ensure that we do not pass on to them a debt they cannot pay.  With the deficit we inherited, the cost of the crisis we face, and the long-term challenges we must meet, it has never been more important to ensure that as our economy recovers, we do what it takes to bring this deficit down.

OH.  MY.  GOD.  Do you hear yourself yammering on like an idiot or what?  Judas H Priest, man!  Did you even bother to read that crap before you showed up or is this something that some moron was saying in your earpiece?

The debt we cannot pay?  Like adding almost $2T to the already "inherited $1T"?  And then saying you are going to cut that in half?  Did you not see what you said earlier?  Who writes this crap?  You or some boneheaded libtard idiot?  Oh.  Wait.

This economy won't recover for at least 50 years, if it recovers at all due to this unconstitutional CF.

I’m proud that we passed the recovery plan free of earmarks, and I want to pass a budget next year that ensures that each dollar we spend reflects only our most important national priorities.

Yes.  A good Marxist would say this.  It is quite natural to be proud of socializiing and nationalizing every facet of the lives of the peasants.

Free of earmarks?  Are you daft?  This is another LIAR LIAR LIAR moment, Barry.  Holy smokes, this is unfathomable to me to hear you say such an obvious lie.  What a putz.

Yesterday, I held a fiscal summit where I pledged to cut the deficit in half by the end of my first term in office.  My administration has also begun to go line by line through the federal budget in order to eliminate wasteful and ineffective programs.  As you can imagine, this is a process that will take some time.  But we’re starting with the biggest lines.  We have already identified two trillion dollars in savings over the next decade.

A Fiscal Summit.  Right after the unfiscal Generational Rape and Theft Act of 2009.  You should of had that meeting BEFORE the Crap Sandwich.  Maybe then someone could have read it.

In this budget, we will end education programs that don’t work and end direct payments to large agribusinesses that don’t need them.  We’ll eliminate the no-bid contracts that have wasted billions in Iraq, and reform our defense budget so that we’re not paying for Cold War-era weapons systems we don’t use.  We will root out the waste, fraud, and abuse in our Medicare program that doesn’t make our seniors any healthier, and we will restore a sense of fairness and balance to our tax code by finally ending the tax breaks for corporations that ship our jobs overseas.

Start on this, in fact, noble venture in the very much dishonorable Halls of Idiots CONgress Idiots.  Bring back that Bill in regards to testing all Bills by reconciling them with the United States Constitution.

In order to save our children from a future of debt, we will also end the tax breaks for the wealthiest 2% of Americans.  But let me perfectly clear, because I know you’ll hear the same old claims that rolling back these tax breaks means a massive tax increase on the American people:  if your family earns less than $250,000 a year, you will not see your taxes increased a single dime.  I repeat: not one single dime.  In fact, the recovery plan provides a tax cut – that’s right, a tax cut – for 95% of working families.  And these checks are on the way.

Now, there you go yammering about debt for the kids and it is those very kids that haven't even been born yet will be paying for this POS Porkulus, Barry.  Make up your damn mind for Christ's sake.

I see you have no earthy idea that it is those same people that you want to screw that CREATES employment.  It is these same people that have moved their business ventures OUTSIDE the US BECAUSE of the very policies you want to implement.  Good job, moron.

Tax cuts for 95%, Barry?  Remember SCHIP?  The largest tax increase to the POOR in our history?  Only the mentally deranged will believe you Barry.

To preserve our long-term fiscal health, we must also address the growing costs in Medicare and Social Security.  Comprehensive health care reform is the best way to strengthen Medicare for years to come.  And we must also begin a conversation on how to do the same for Social Security, while creating tax-free universal savings accounts for all Americans.

Social Security.  How many IOUs are there now, Barry?  Do you have any idea?  Where did the funds go, Barry?  And, why can't I get my funds out of there, Barry?  Most financial institutions, if they were run like Social Security was run and still is being run, those Managers would have been in prison years ago.  Why isn't the management at the SSA still roaming free?

And another thing.  Why is it all of a sudden a good thing for "savings accounts" for individuals in regards to Social Security?  Wasn't that a bone of contention among your kind at one point in time?

KNOCK KNOCK!  AVON CALLING!  Idiot.

Finally, because we’re also suffering from a deficit of trust, I am committed to restoring a sense of honesty and accountability to our budget.  That is why this budget looks ahead ten years and accounts for spending that was left out under the old rules – and for the first time, that includes the full cost of fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.  For seven years, we have been a nation at war.  No longer will we hide its price.

JUDAS H PRIEST!  Here we go again with this Bravo Sierra accountability hose droppings again.  STOP LYING!

We are now carefully reviewing our policies in both wars, and I will soon announce a way forward in Iraq that leaves Iraq to its people and responsibly ends this war.

You mean the General David Petraeus Plan?  The one that WON the war?  That Plan that YOU are going to take credit for you sniveling lying-assed SFB?  By the way, you don't end a war.  You either win it or lose it.  I am watching your ass, punk and you had better not disrespect General David Petraeus, either you sidewinder SFB.

And with our friends and allies, we will forge a new and comprehensive strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan to defeat al Qaeda and combat extremism.  Because I will not allow terrorists to plot against the American people from safe havens half a world away.

Ah, yes.  The Narcissistic Personality Disorder comes into plain view here, Barry.  I was waiting for this moment and here it is in all of it's pathetically deranged splendor.  YOU will not allow?  YOU?  What happened to "this Nation will not allow" that President Bush was raked over the coals about?  What happened to that anti-Americanist screed that YOU yourself uttered?  I remember your verbiage, you blithering maniacal empty suit clown!

What of your anti-Americanist supporters that you catered to in this regard?  Are you now going to once again follow the "Bush War Criminal Doctrine"?  You mean, Bush was right after all but now, now, because YOU said it, all is well?  Damned liar and fraud.

As we meet here tonight, our men and women in uniform stand watch abroad and more are readying to deploy. To each and every one of them, and to the families who bear the quiet burden of their absence, Americans are united in sending one message: we honor your service, we are inspired by your sacrifice, and you have our unyielding support.  To relieve the strain on our forces, my budget increases the number of our soldiers and Marines. And to keep our sacred trust with those who serve, we will raise their pay, and give our veterans the expanded health care and benefits that they have earned.

Indeed.  Those same men and women that you crapped upon for political gain, political power and support.  Those Troops you blithering Double Standard fool?  Barry?  Just about every single military member that heard or read these words of yours ar using Grunt Speak in your general direction and none of it is complimentary.

We know how you truly feel about us.  You suck.  You are a liar.  You are a fraud.  Do not patronize us.  It has been the DEMOCRATS that have screwed up VA care and benefits and would not allow "reforms" or better benefits and now YOU are going to do something about it and pretend you are noble in this regard?

Screw you and your unproud of America wife.

To overcome extremism, we must also be vigilant in upholding the values our troops defend – because there is no force in the world more powerful than the example of America. That is why I have ordered the closing of the detention center at Guantanamo Bay, and will seek swift and certain justice for captured terrorists – because living our values doesn’t make us weaker, it makes us safer and it makes us stronger.  And that is why I can stand here tonight and say without exception or equivocation that the United States of America does not torture.

Bite me.  We already knew that and water boarding isn't torture and only three were water boarded you pompous ass.

How many men and women were KIA and WIA due to the Democrat Party screed and emboldening; enabling the enemy all for political brownie points, Barry?

Closing Club Gitmo?  Not hardly.  You cannot bring them here and foreign nations don't want them.  Idiot.  We see right through you, fool.

By the way, did you see that report you asked for?  No one gets American Consttutional Rights and everyone is being treated in accordance with the Geneva Conventions, even of they do not qualify for such treatment.  Idiot.  Such driveling screed from a man trying to be a [p]resident.  Go back to shining shoes and organizing ACORN.

In words and deeds, we are showing the world that a new era of engagement has begun.  For we know that America cannot meet the threats of this century alone, but the world cannot meet them without America.  We cannot shun the negotiating table, nor ignore the foes or forces that could do us harm.  We are instead called to move forward with the sense of confidence and candor that serious times demand.

Yeah.  The engagement is Americanized Marxism and we will not allow that to happen.  Idiot.  Did you tell the nation that you APPROVED of Shari'a Law in 7 States of Pakistan that border Afghanistan where you are sending 17,000 Troops to that requested 30,000?  Half of what is needed is going there to fight the very people you SANCTIONED to stand against them.  What a guy!

Some negotiating there, Skippy.  Did you tell the Nation how you SANCTIONED the Al Qaeda President of Somalia?  No?  Go figure.  What a fraud you are indeed.

To seek progress toward a secure and lasting peace between Israel and her neighbors, we have appointed an envoy to sustain our effort.  To meet the challenges of the 21st century – from terrorism to nuclear proliferation; from pandemic disease to cyber threats to crushing poverty – we will strengthen old alliances, forge new ones, and use all elements of our national power.

You mean Hillary?  Hillary told Israel to calm down or else.  Way to go there dufus.  Way to go.  Such a GREAT ally you and your kind are.  I smell that Civilian National Security Force thing again.

And to respond to an economic crisis that is global in scope, we are working with the nations of the G-20 to restore confidence in our financial system, avoid the possibility of escalating protectionism, and spur demand for American goods in markets across the globe.  For the world depends on us to have a strong economy, just as our economy depends on the strength of the world’s.

Yeah, right.  That buy American thing didn't set very well and you are still yammering about it.  Good job.

As we stand at this crossroads of history, the eyes of all people in all nations are once again upon us – watching to see what we do with this moment; waiting for us to lead.

American Exceptionalism again, Barry.  That's a big no-no.  Oh.  Wait.  You said it so I guess it's quite alright now.  My bad.  Please continue.

Those of us gathered here tonight have been called to govern in extraordinary times.  It is a tremendous burden, but also a great privilege – one that has been entrusted to few generations of Americans.  For in our hands lies the ability to shape our world for good or for ill.

You are to follow the United States Constitution and that is all.  period.

I know that it is easy to lose sight of this truth – to become cynical and doubtful; consumed with the petty and the trivial.

But in my life, I have also learned that hope is found in unlikely places; that inspiration often comes not from those with the most power or celebrity, but from the dreams and aspirations of Americans who are anything but ordinary.

Only in America can a man of highly dubious and questionable American natural-born status fool a vast number of brain-dead idiots and aspire to and reach the most powerful position in the world...The White House Marxist House.  Only in America can a Saul Alinsky and Uncle Frank drone reach the top.

I think about Leonard Abess, the bank president from Miami who reportedly cashed out of his company, took a $60 million bonus, and gave it out to all 399 people who worked for him, plus another 72 who used to work for him.  He didn’t tell anyone, but when the local newspaper found out, he simply said, ''I knew some of these people since I was 7 years old.  I didn't feel right getting the money myself."

I think about a lying fraud that hides everything about himself and lies every time his lips move and I wonder just what in the hell is wrong with this Nation.  I look at you, Barry and it becomes crystal clear.  The List of 45 came true.

I think about Greensburg, Kansas, a town that was completely destroyed by a tornado, but is being rebuilt by its residents as a global example of how clean energy can power an entire community – how it can bring jobs and businesses to a place where piles of bricks and rubble once lay.  "The tragedy was terrible," said one of the men who helped them rebuild.  "But the folks here know that it also provided an incredible opportunity."

Yeah.  The one you said that EVERYONE was killed in.  I remember that too.  Idiot.  Fire your speech writer.

And I think about Ty’Sheoma Bethea, the young girl from that school I visited in Dillon, South Carolina – a place where the ceilings leak, the paint peels off the walls, and they have to stop teaching six times a day because the train barrels by their classroom.  She has been told that her school is hopeless, but the other day after class she went to the public library and typed up a letter to the people sitting in this room.  She even asked her principal for the money to buy a stamp.  The letter asks us for help, and says, "We are just students trying to become lawyers, doctors, congressmen like yourself and one day president, so we can make a change to not just the state of South Carolina but also the world.  We are not quitters."

Yeah.  Thank the Education Department and the NEA for that one.

We are not quitters.

Yes you are.  You quit being honest the day your unproud of America wife said that you hadn't done anything yet when asked of the rumors about you running for [p]resident.

These words and these stories tell us something about the spirit of the people who sent us here.  They tell us that even in the most trying times, amid the most difficult circumstances, there is a generosity, a resilience, a decency, and a determination that perseveres; a willingness to take responsibility for our future and for posterity.

I didn't send you there so I guess you aren't talking to me.  Oh.  Wait.  This wasn't a State of the Union Address.  You were talking to CONgress and only those that "sent y'all there".  I get it.

Their resolve must be our inspiration.  Their concerns must be our cause.  And we must show them and all our people that we are equal to the task before us.

You ain't seen resolve yet, buster.

I know that we haven’t agreed on every issue thus far, and there are surely times in the future when we will part ways.  But I also know that every American who is sitting here tonight loves this country and wants it to succeed.  That must be the starting point for every debate we have in the coming months, and where we return after those debates are done.  That is the foundation on which the American people expect us to build common ground.

Oh.  Right.  The Will of The CONgress will be done thing.  The rest of us out here - the peasants - really don't count.  We are merely dross.  A bothersome chatter-box entity.  Nice touch moron.  By the way, that common ground is ground in that document called the United States Constitution.  I hate to keep bringing it up but somebody has to do it.  "You people" certainly are not.

And if we do – if we come together and lift this nation from the depths of this crisis; if we put our people back to work and restart the engine of our prosperity; if we confront without fear the challenges of our time and summon that enduring spirit of an America that does not quit, then someday years from now our children can tell their children that this was the time when we performed, in the words that are carved into this very chamber, "something worthy to be remembered."  Thank you, God Bless you, and may God Bless the United States of America.

Good God Almighty.  Have you ever heard such a lie-packed and condescending gaggle of Bravo Sierra in your life?  This isn't some community in the slums of Chicago, Barry!  Get a clue.  You are in over your head and most assuredly out of youer element.

Some day, years from now, our childrne's children will be rading i the hsitory books and say, "You know what?  This hammer head Barack Hussein Obama screwed this nation over worse than FDR, Jimmy Carter and Clinton did!"

Dang Snooper, I read for a long while last night and quite a while this afternoon, and I'm still only half way done.

Let me say this, I wouldn't be able to read "bammi's" speech without your comments mixed in. You called the stimulus a "crap sandwich" but everything that comes from him is a crap sandwich!

I'll comment more when I have read the entire post (could take days!).

There is no denying that our nation is becoming more and more reliant on foreign energy sources.

Indeed we are and this cannot stand if we are to remain free. If we are held hostage to energy, what else will come?
