Barack Hussein Obama: War Criminal
Monday, February 2, 2009 at 8:54PM If it was good enough for President George W Bush than it is equally as prudent to call the Czar of the White Marxist House on his war crimes as well. We are a Nation at war. Anything that can be seen as undermining US intelligence gathering contrary to the Administration seated is a war crime and an act of Treason.
Unlike the "charges" that were hurled at George W Bush based in emotional rants and not a single fact, the "charges" against Hussein Obama are based in fact. Barack and his cabal of enemy sympathizers committed acts of sedition and subversion and could be defined as Treason in a time of war. Whether they believe or accept the fact that we are at war matters not. Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
Past posts on the Logan Act and Smith Act shed light on the lack of character of the Trickster of one Hussein Obama. Before Obama was unconstitutionally sworn in, he and his fellow non-patriots to the United States Constitution were negotiating with our enemies Syria and Iran.
[...] Even before winning the November 4 election, Obama initiated "two track" discussions with Iran and Syria, using top-level experts to begin talks, according to Jeffrey Boutwell, the executive director for the U.S. branch of the Pugwash Group, an international organization of scientists who champion international nuclear disarmament.
Former Defense Secretary William Perry, who served in Obama's election campaign, participated in some of these meetings covering "a wide range of issues that separate Iran from the West: not only their nuclear program but the Middle East peace process," Boutwell told AFP.
"We had very, very senior figures from both the Iranian policy establishment and from the United States," Boutwell said, "people who have very close, good access to the top leaders in both countries." [...]
If and only if these people were granted Administration permission to conduct such negotiations, their actions are legal. If they did not have Administration permission to conduct foreign policy "negotiations", their conduct is illegal according to current laws on the books. Period. No negotiation. Black and white. The Logan and Smith Acts are very explicative, obvious and definitive. They are not up for "interpretation".
The Logan Act
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.
Fairly simple that is.
Ace agrees:
"Last few months", eh? I seem to recall Obama being sworn in less than two weeks ago. So much for one President at a time. I guess we can add the Logan Act to the Internal Revenue Act to the list of laws Team Obama just doesn't care much about.
This really adds another layer to Iran's statement that Obama's actions are a sign of weakness. They've taken the measure of him and his team up close, not just via the Hope and Change networks. Awesome.
Simply bloody amazing. So much for that ETHICS thing. Yeah.
