AIG is a federal government owned organization. It has failed. Imagine that? Who would have thought that a federally owned "business" would fail? The American People should come to a realization, now, and should have no doubt whatsoever that everything the federal government tries to run and dictate to turns to crap in the long run. As far as I can tell, there is no constitutional foundation that sanctions or approves of the federal government to own anything let alone a private industry business. However, here's the kicker.
AIG handles, manages and distributes congressional retirement accounts as well as the military retirement accounts. Therein lies the feigned outrage of the unconstitutional congress. THEIR retirement accounts are in danger and it is these same "benefits" that the Imam of Obam boasted about in his campaign lies. He told the American People that if he were to be elected, we would all be able to "get the same benefits that congress gets". No thanks. I can do better on my own.
Fox News had an idiot Democrat poli-hack from Michigan saying that the congress will use anything they deem necessary to get the bonus monies paid to the recipients regardless of the constitutional issues. I forget the hack's name but he was asked about the constitutional aspects of TAXING THE BONUSES 95% "to get the tax payer money back", and he, like all good libtards do, did not answer the question and said he was going to "protect the taxpayer" First of all, the congress had no constitutional foundation to "give" anyone any "bail out funds". They can start "protecting the American tax payer" by first and foremost adhering to the United States Constitution. End of discussion.
The provision in the spendulus non-spendulus porkulus non-prokulus generational theft and rape of America Act of 2009 stipulates that the Fed can dictate who gets paid for what EXCEPT WHERE PRIOR CONTRACTS HAD BEEN IN PLACE. So, the proof is in the pudding. Congress has no idea what they are doing and they are making the rules up as they go.
Chris Dodd is the one that suggested taxing the bonuses at 95%. The number "95" seems to be a "magic number" to the current crop of federal poli-hacks, doesn't it?
Keep the money, AIG. It is a contract previously set into place before the unconstitutional non-bail out bail out bill. Screw congress.

Sic vis pacem para bellum
Our Congress Critters are calling for the suicide of the people receiving lawfully received bonuses. How ironic is that? Absolutely incredible.
Do I think the bonuses are ethical? No, I do not. Do I think the payments were earned? No, I do not. However, in accordance with the CONTRACTS, the payments were paid and received lawfully and out inept and unconstitutional CONgress haven't a leg to stand on.
AIG, a federal government owned entity has failed. Perhaps the people responsible for the “oversight” should go to the nearest 50+ story building and pretend they are Super Heroes by leaping off and try to land safely on their feet.
It will save ammo in the long run.
The people receiving the bonuses did so by lawful contracts which were arranged PRIOR to the unconstitutional spendulus bill. The provisions in the spendulus bill clear the way for what took place so this “fraudulent outrage” by the unconstitutional CONgress merely reveals just how blatantly inept they are. It is all smoke and mirrors to hide those responsible.
When do we March?
Here is Pete and Repete Dumbass yammering on and on trying to vainly and sadly and in an inept manner explaining away the Fed's DIRECT culpability in the AIG quagmire that CONGRESS created - you know - those 30+ years of DEMOCRAT PARTY FAILED ECONOMIC POLICIES that has created the currently contrived economic "crisis" non -crisis.
Where do these cretins get off dictating to ANY American how much they can make? What exactly is the Constitution Chapter and Verse on that issue? Any one? Just crickets?
Obama received $101,332 from AIG. Where's the outrage? Oh. Wait. He won. His is the Imam of DC, the Imam of Obam. My bad.
Senator Barack Obama received a $101,332 bonus from American International Group in the form of political contributions according to Opensecrets.org. The two biggest Congressional recipients of bonuses from the A.I.G. are - Senators Chris Dodd and Senator Barack Obama. [...]
Never mind that fraud behind the closet in the Marxist House.
[...] With the anger and rage that is being exhibited against A.I.G., perhaps the bonuses Obama received from A.I.G. explain Obama’s A.I.G crocodile tears.
Now that the Wall street Journal has revealed that A.I.G. paid bonuses of $1 million or more to 73 employees, it’s time to ask if recipients of A.I.G. “bonuses,” including President Obama, will give back what now ought to be taxpayer money? [END]
Don't hold your breathe long on that one. The Imam of Obam is ABOVE us all. Just ask him. I hope it rains in DC soon. He holds his nose so far up in the air he will drown in a downpour...we can only hope.
In the Washington Compost, we have a libtard that spent nearly 8 years bashing Bush every day for things Bush never did and now he is saying to let the bashing of Obama and Corporate America, the banks, etc. What a two-faced ass. From Allan Sloan...
I've made my career whacking big business. Magazine covers with titles such as "Corporate Killers" and "How Wall Street Sold Out America" hang in my office, and my files are filled with pieces I've written about corporate tax dodging, questionable accounting and toxic waste being peddled as spring water to unsuspecting investors. Since joining Fortune in mid-2007, I've been complaining about the price we prudent people are paying to bail out the imprudent.
But even by my bash-them-bloody standards, Democrats' attacks on banks that have taken bailout money and continue holding meetings in nice places or sponsoring athletic events are way over the line. Sure, it makes for great sound bites ("You took our money to do what?"). But it's counterproductive, because it will cost taxpayers money and make reviving our financial system more difficult. [...]
Now, bashing is counter-productive. Amazing. This next one is even worse: AN IMPERILED AGENDA: Anger Over Firm Depletes Obama's Political Capital
President Obama's apparent inability to block executive bonuses at insurance giant AIG has dealt a sharp blow to his young administration and is threatening to derail both public and congressional support for his ambitious political agenda. [...]
Let's rewrite this first paragraph and then extrapolate the remaining paragraphs on your own.
[p]rez**ent (no ID) Obama's apparent inexperience and "fish-out-of-water" reactions to situations that baffle him has no idea that it was his Tax Cheat Treasury Secretary that orchestrated the first AIG bail out (the first unconstitutional bail out by the way) and knew beforehand that these bonuses were to be paid out under previously derived contractual agreements. This information has shaken him to the core and his young and inexperienced and useless Administration is an international embarrassment. No matter the Spin Machine's ways and means, it is quite obvious that the Flake Czarbie is in way over his head and will need an extension ladder 30 miles long to just begin to see the bottom of the pit he has plunged this Nation into. His ambitious political agenda has been exposed as the Neo Marxism it is and the vast majority of the American People, Democrat, Republican and Independent alike are rebelling against his pathetic attempts of looking like he knows what he is doing. [...]
That is how it SHOULD have been written.
