Fight Back With No Mercy
Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 9:40PM The other day, I had an idea and in the hopes that it would not die alone, I decided to actually go and see if it was a good idea. That's the funny thing about ideas. You never know if it is good or not unless you seek council.
My idea was this. Seeing that the anti-Americanists have managed to subvert the judiciary in this nation to the extent that more unconstitutional laws have been passed than constitutional ones, I was wondering if we could use the courts to reverse that trend. One never knows.
So, I went to my attorney that I have used for years for many things and made an appointment for one of those 30-minute free consultations. I presented my idea/desire to my attorney and that 30-minute free consultation lasted more than two hours.
I went armed with facts and data. I took my notes. I took my laptop with the "go anywhere" internet card just in case. I also had everything downloaded onto a zip drive and left it with the firm and they were eager and happy to have the data.
My idea was this. What is the feasibility of suing the congress as a whole and each representative and senator individually for violating the United States Constitution? I was asked what I would settle for. I instantly recognized the question was really how much money I was looking for. I told them that I was not seeking damages in a monetary settlement. I was demanding that either the United States Federal Government either return to our Constitutional Republic or make the changes they wanted to make by constitutional amendments instead of passing federal laws which made the path clear for legislating around the Constitution.
Like I said, over two hours later, I witnessed six lawyers getting on board with the idea. I have no idea where this is going to go but I guess that as long as I pay their fees, they will take this as far as they are able.
What I am looking for is this: 30,000,000 Americans making appointments with their attorneys via the 30-minute free consultations to begin making waves through the legal continuum. Can you imagine what noise that would make if all of a sudden, our unconstitutional congress critters were getting hit with law suit after law suit demanding they perform their constitutional duties?
I have a recent list of the targets located in this post: Unconstitutional House Members
There are some Senators as well but I haven't compiled that list yet.
Remember, if you go with this idea, go to your attorneys as if you are the one making this inquiry and don't tell them others are doing this as well. Let them talk amongst themselves and let them "discover" the Tsunami rising. Also, go armed. If you don't know the violations against the constitution, you won't go anywhere with this.
I was able to show them via my lap top and their computers the blatant and outright fraudulent behavior of the current and past sessions of congress. We read the constitution and tried to reconcile the "will of the congress will be done" and the "will of the congress has been heard" and the "the Senate will have final say over states rights" and the "federal statutes trump states rights" garbage. I also played the audio clips and matched them up with the videos I got the clips from and also showed them why I take the audio from the videos...the videos seem to disappear when it shines the spot light on the criminals in DC.
I also brought to their attention where several judges have told American citizens that they had no standing in questioning anything the government does. I lit a fire under four of them. Two remain skeptical. That's OK. The man that owns the firm has called me twice since I was there and I may have an appointment with other attorneys from partnered firms. It was even suggested that this could very well turn into a national class-action suit. We'll see.
So, please make your appointments and go for broke. What do we have to lose? The more important question is this...what do we have to gain?

Amazing what happens when one speaks up and speaks out. So many people have no earthly idea about what is really going on in this country. I am constantly amazed at the ignorance that permeates the "fruited plain."
Of course the libturds rely on that to coerce their unholy agenda.
We have been lulled into believing so many ridiculous notionsand I am not surprised at the state of this nation.
The left has much to answer for but part of the blame must be leveled at the American people. In this day and age with the nearly limitless access to knowledge and information, there is just no excuses for ignorance.
So true, Dean. There is no VIABLE excuses in the era of INSTANT knowledge.
Nice Snooper, I'll be making appointments within the next few days.
GREAT! The ball needs to get started somehow!
I'm on board with you. Have your Atty's look at the Quo Warranto Petition on my Blog.
It goes after them all using Laws on the books.

will do!
While I applaud the sentiment of this article, I question its details.
Getting 6 lawyers to pursue something proves nothing other than your ability to pay them. I can even hear the conversation behind your back, "Hey look, a fun, complex project that some guy will pay us to pursue, and we don't have to care if we succeed... this guy has cash!"
If everyone had 30 minute consultations about this, it would change the legal community -- they would stop offering consultations.
Don't get me wrong... I love your ideas. But you are pursuing the legal equivalent of 50,000 monkeys trying to write Shakespeare.
Most brilliant ideas are absolutely simple to comprehend once they are explained. This one definitely qualifies. Good one.
Dave...I wonder if that was running through our Framer's mind...this is too hard. Taking the law to the lawless is merely one front and word of mouth is the singularly best form of advertising and we are advertising that we are pissed off.
If you have a better idea, present it and go for it. For too long we have sat back and waiting for a "something" to happen or a "someone" to step forward.
I am done waiting. What about you?
Thanks Scottie. We MUST do something and something is so much better than nothing.
