Harry Reid's D-I Day: Defeat In Iraq Day
Monday, April 20, 2009 at 10:03AM It was two years ago today that Harry Reid proved his level of incompetence. He and his ilk of anti-Americanists and those directly responsible for the deaths and wounding of our Troops for political power and gain tried to lose the War as a whole for the express purpose of personal and professional power. They empowered, enabled and emboldened the enemy every day. They tried to lose the war 45 times and lost 45 times. You'd think that losing would make them happy because they dwell on and thrive in defeat.
Reid: "...this war is lost..." Those were his words of wisdom to We The People and the idiot is still a US Senator. What's up with that? I can only surmise that Treason is an acceptable personality flaw and political trait.
JD Johannes wrote about that infamous day two days later FROM Iraq: Doesn't Look Lost To Me
Two years later, we have comparison video proof that Harry Reid is the incompetent dolt we all know he is.

Harry Reid. More incompetent than the mystery thug now occupying the White House Marxist House and that's hard to accomplish.

You and I have discussed Iraq, face to face, and you know that I didn't, and still don't believe that we should have ever gone to Iraq with more than 2 or 3 competent *A* teams.
That said, Iraq is NOT what it was 2 or 3 years ago, it is a much more peaceful place, of that there is NO doubt. But at what price do we keep Iraq at this level of peace?
There are still bombing, rocket attacks on the Green Zone, suicide bombers in Baqouba, gun attacks in Mosul, car bombs in Baghdad. Yeah, it really IS better, but it's still not a suburban utopia.
You are a guy in the know, as am I, what do you think will happen if and/or when we fully pull out of Iraq?
My take?? Total chaos, a return on an iron willed dictator much akin to Saddam. I honestly don't think Iraq will ever fully enter the LAST century, much less this one. And even if given several generations to breed out the Islamic moonbattery that is so prevalent, what about outside sources?? Iran and Syria in particular?
Do you honestly believe that Iraq will ever move into a true democracy?? Forget a republic, that is hard to sustain even when you don't have Islam in the mix, but will they ever be a real and free people?? Can they be?? Given the religious differences of Sunni, Shiite and several other radical branches of Islam?
Iraq isn't about FREEDOM, Iraq is about domination, and the common denominator FOR that domination is Islam...
I am not saying Iraq is a loss, not by any means, but as long as there are several different Muslim sects battling for control, can we ever have a clear cut win??
The "win" is when Iraq is not a threat to "us" like they were for decades.
We should have a 30-megaton nuke placed in each major city set with tamper proof systems that we can detonate when they get out of hand. Make them behave. They do whatever they want to do internally but as soon as their shit goes outside their borders like it has been for decades, POP goes the weasel, as it were.
It is STILL safer in all of Iraq than it is in ANY DNC controlled city in America.
Ya know, we discussed this too, I am STILL of the belief that Iraq needs to be nuclear...
That warm green glowing spot on the Asian continent...
That's the way I would have done it to start with.
Exactly!!
Democracy and Islam are not compatible. For the sake of argument both are mutually exclusive. As long as Islam dominates, democracy will never thrive.
The people in Iraq have had their first taste of real freedom in decades. That seed, if allowed to grow will be difficult to uproot entirely.
The green glow you refer to should have extended to Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, and possibly Turkey. And memo's sent to Saudi Arabia and the rest of those camel kissing bastards, "Get out of line and you're next."
No. 9, THAT is CHANGE we can ALL believe in... LMAO...
