A report released today proved that Speaker Pelosi was told that waterboarding was used on terrorist suspect Abu Zubaydah way back in September 2002.
ABC News reported, via Free Republic:
ABC News’ Rick Klein reports: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was briefed on the use of “enhanced interrogation techniques” on terrorist suspect Abu Zubaydah in September 2002, according to a report prepared by the Director of National Intelligence’s office and obtained by ABC News.
The report, submitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee and other Capitol Hill officials Wednesday, appears to contradict Pelosi’s statement last month that she was never told about the use of waterboarding or other special interrogation tactics. Instead, she has said, she was told only that the Bush administration had legal opinions that would have supported the use of such techniques.
The report details a Sept. 4, 2002 meeting between intelligence officials and Pelosi, then-House intelligence committee chairman Porter Goss, and two aides. At the time, Pelosi was the top Democrat on the House intelligence committee.
The meeting is described as a “Briefing on EITs including use of EITs on Abu Zubaydah, background on authorities, and a description of particular EITs that had been employed.”
Democratic Leaders of Congress were briefed at more than 30 meetings on enhanced interrogation techniques since 2002.
According to an earlier report, information gathered from Khalid Sheik Mohammed (KSM) after waterboarding was used led to the discovery of a second wave attack planned for Los Angeles.

Let’s just recap shall we?

Pelosi’s office is now trying to spin this further and insist that she wasn’t told about waterboarding. What will they say when the CIA reveals that yes, waterboarding WAS one of the enhanced interrogation techniques discussed, all of which Pelosi previously denied knowing much about?
As I said at the close of my April 23rd post on this subject:
We do need an investigation of what Pelosi knew and when she knew it. PUT HER UNDER OATH! Americans need to know whether the Speaker of the House is stupid, a liar or a STUPID LIAR!
I wrote about this many times before and warned of this coming Lie Fest. Glad to see many others are bringing up the past as well...the libtards HATE the past and that is why they will try and shut us down.

The bottom line is this folks...water boarding isn't legally, lawfully or otherwise defined as torture. If it was, when I went through SERE training, I was "tortured". I did go through the training and no, it wasn't torture.
Listening to Obama lie, Reid lie, Pelosi lie, Hillary speak OR lie is torture.
Listening to Obama apologize for America's greatness to the world overseas and then at home say the opposite is torture.
