Obama's Obsession With The Kiddies
Monday, September 7, 2009 at 9:02AM Michelle Malkin has a very excellent piece up today called: I repeat: It’s not the speech, it’s the subtext
The speech below was given at Forbes. The speech was given in an opinion piece that theoretically smashes Michelle's "opinions" that are different from this Tunku character. Actually, all the piece is is one huge ad hominem.
Too Many Kooks

Obama’s school speech drives the right crazy.
The Silly Season ceases to be “silly” when what passes for political debate in America turns not merely stupid or witless, but certifiably demented.
I write of the kooky reaction of many conservatives–politicians, citizens and commentators in the media–to the plan by President Obama to address the nation’s schoolchildren tomorrow.
Obama will, as we all know, address our kids–plenty of whom need a lesson or two on the subject, since they clearly don’t get it from their parents–on the virtues of study, education and hard work. According to a White House spokesman, the aim of the speech is “to challenge students to work hard in school, to not drop out and to meet short-term goals like behaving in class, [and] doing their homework …” If anyone thinks that’s unpalatable, subversive, Commie and un-American, I’d like to meet for a duel at dawn by the skating rink at New York’s Central Park. (Pick your weapon, Michelle Malkin and Glenn Beck …)
Obama’s original “lesson plan” had been to ask students auditing him to write letters to themselves outlining ways in which they could “help the president.” This seemingly earnest proposal provoked a reaction so vitriolic from sections on the political right that I began to wonder whether I was missing a point–to wonder, in fact, that I, as a recent immigrant to this country, had failed to integrate well enough to grasp the nuances of American political debate.
Let's rewrite most of the above. The indentation will be the quoted texts.
The Silly Season ceases to be “silly” when what passes for political debate in America turns not merely stupid or witless, but certifiably demented.
The Silly Season ceases to be "silly" when people of the opposition begin to get closer and closer to the Truth about Obama. It doesn't matter about the actual debate, especially when there is no debate to carry out. Obama said what he said, he won the election so therefore what he says is what he says and there is no debate. Remember, everything contrary to The Obama is in fact demented so we must get that message out there and across to the people, if there is a "people" to begin with. Everyone knows that "the people" are those in the government.
I write of the kooky reaction of many conservatives–politicians, citizens and commentators in the media–to the plan by President Obama to address the nation’s schoolchildren tomorrow.
I write of the kooky reaction the Leftinistra are stuck with. Many conservatives are down-right and flat-out against The Obama and the Truth of Obama is beginning to come to light. We must stop this. The Truth of The Obama cannot be exposed. We have lost the war against the Conservatives so we must address the little children. Seeing that the children are in a public education facility and we Democrats own the education system, we must take them and take them now.
Yes, The One will address the little children tomorrow and make sure that the parents of these little chldren conform to the will of The Obama and not their own adherence to some bizarre behavior - like their own conscience for crying out loud. Everyone knows that the Teachers of the Public School System is THE education facility and the parents are, well, parents. They don't know anything. Parents have no virtues of study, education and hard work. They just go to work every day - that's all. According to a White House spokeman, the entire Plan for the kiddies has been redone because the original template was nothing like getting kids to stay in school and not to drop out and to meet short-term goals like behaving in class or doing their homework. It was about The One - The Obama - and ADHERENCE TO TEACHERS RULES AND THE DOCTRINES OF THE NEA.
Staying in school does not necessarily "help the president" but, The Obama reaching out to the kiddies will ensure that many of them will comply with his other wishes - like turning in their parents if they do no good for The Obama. However, seeing that this was in the original content, we shall see to it that this cannot be seen as a blatant overtaking - we will keep it small and to the point. The out-right objection to all of this was The Obama's outreach. How dare anyone say anything against him? Debate? There is no debate. As a recent immigrant to this country, perhaps I should figure out where this country has been before I speak out but - ALAS! I am just an immigrant into this country and The Obama has chosen me to represent him. So, therefore, I must make every infraction against The Obama as what is - an infraction and I shall curse the ones that partake in such ... character.
I guess that sums up the idiots' stupidity. Recent immigrant my ass. Go check out Michelle's piece.

From Michelle:
Yes, you missed the point.
It’s not the speech, it’s the subtext.
It’s the radical activism of the White House Teaching Fellows who designed the education guides tied to Obama’s speech.
It’s the overzealousness of public school educators who have turned classrooms into Obama campaign offices.
It’s the influence of the left-wing social justice crusaders of the Chicago Annenberg Challenge on Team Obama.
It’s the Left’s embrace of Obama Chicago pal Bill Ayers’ pedagogical philosophy of “education as the motor-force of revolution.”
It’s the activist tradition of government schools using students as junior lobbyists to pressure legislators for higher education spending, pro-illegal immigration protests, gay marriage, environmental propaganda, and anti-war causes.
Now, who are you calling “kook?”

It's almost like seeing a movie for the second time, knowing what is coming, and there are no surprises because we know the ending already. Obama and his crew have been EXPOSED! There's no spinning, there's no "damage control", there's no regrouping with a different strategy. It's like finding out your kid's coach is a pedophile. Nothing he can do afterwards will make you feel any better or make you change your mind on his every movement and action. Watching the Democratic elite and their MSM try to spin or ignore reality is like a school board trying to convince you that although your child was molested by the coach, it will be different in the future because your child will get more playing time. It's too late. They blew it! See you in 2010 and expecially 2012!
Like I keep saying, 2010 is nearly upon us and we MUST take some seats back BUT the replacements will HAVE to be Constitutionalists.
