For the longest time I have been talking on the radio programs on my own show (that I don't do anymore), Loki's shows, JPA's shows, DTRT shows, Pat Dollard shows and a herd of others and the one thing I come up with in regards to federal health care is that federal health care is in fact unconstitutional. However, the marxist-sociopaths that make up the vast majority of the DNC and about half of the GOP want nothing more than to pass a federal health care plan because they say we want it.
The vast majority of Americans do not want this federal tomfoolery by at least 75%. We say no. The congress critters say yes. We say no. They say yes. So, who is to believe whom? If we go by the United States Constitution, We The People is what dictates what the congress critters says or does. We The People declare to start the whole thing over.
I have a new file to share with everyone that passes by and I call it the New Obamacare. There are approximately 40+ articles in that file for all to read and review. However, I will add just a few other articles here below that reveal more to this than meets the eye.
My question for these "4 dems" is where in the USC do they get their data from? Is it their bid against the fillibuster they the "democrats" started all those years ago? Didn't they start that practice to stem the floating tide of Repiblicanism? Didn't they go by the Rules of the Senate which is in fact constitutional? Why do they follow the USC when the USC is only convenient to them? Just wondering.
NOTE: Remember when all of this federal health care garbage came from? Remember when all it was was to fix the ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION health care? Remember? I do. Remember that it was all about helping the little guy, the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS? How in the world did this all get to where this is right now at this moment?
[...] Dems just might give this a shot, although it would be political suicide. Sure it would get the nutroots excited, but their far outnumbered by fiscal conservatives in this country. The four liberals supporting this move are were firm votes for Obamacare in the first place, hardly showing a sudden shift for this action. Remember also that it would take 51 votes “yea” to pass it, and I doubt the move would pass.
Why? Simple, the polls that show a so-called “59 percent approval” are C-BS polls, which we know are highly over-sampled democratic polls, thus I believe at best the support is 50 percent or less, not the other way around. If the question is asked correctly with correct demographics you get an entirely different result.
For instance the last Rasmussen poll showed the support at about 40 percent. But hey Reid, go ahead, make our day! [end]
Curt at Flopping Aces: Democrats Contemplating The Suicide Option On ObamaCare
[...] They must see the writing on the wall. The days of the Democrat party being anywhere close to 60 votes has come and gone and a November massacre is in the wind so why not just go for it all?
But do they even have 51 votes for it?
I’m doubting it. There has to be a quite a few Democrat Senators that understand the fallout from using this method would be huge. The Republican party would be so united, from shore to shore, it will make their heads spin. [...]
Mark G Neerhof: ObamaCare: We Get It – And We Don’t Want It
Healthcare reform will once again be coming to the forefront on February 25 when the President calls leaders from both parties for a healthcare summit. The summit is a half-day meeting to solve the problems in healthcare that have persisted for decades. The President will once again explain his plans for healthcare reform, after having apologized and accepted responsibility for not “explaining it more clearly to the American people.”Healthcare reform will once again be coming to the forefront on February 25 when the President calls leaders from both parties for a healthcare summit.
