We The People - United States Constitution

We The People Are the Problem. That was my take on this one; We the Problem; Washington is working just fine. It's us that's broken. Sorta-kind-a goes with what I wrote one article below this one; Constitutional Amendments and Revolution. I guess if our federal cockroaches are doing so great, that's why they need to introduce a constitutional amendment that will never get voted for or on.
Some times I wonder why it is that when thrust into a must-win situation mixed with a will-lose situation, the oddest people come out with all kinds of talk about the United States Constitution. On my browser right now I have about 30 tabs opened up with many articles on the USC. It is amazing. And here I was wondering if I was the only Black Helicopter Republican that Hot Air thought I was. This is truly amazing and I haven't seen any "constitutional issues" at Hot Air in the longest time. Are they allergic to bad press? Makes me wonder.
A long time ago I wrote several articles. Back in 2/09 I wrote Barack: Awash In A Sea of Inadequacy. In 11/08 I wrote The Rise of The USSA: United Socialist States of Amerika. I wonder what was taking everyone so long?
The United States Constitution starts off with We The People. Just thought I'd throw that in the mix.
As I was saying about the USSA, low and behold, I ran across this: KUHNER: The United Socialist States of America, written on March 5, 2010. The end of the article reads this way: "Mr. Obama is relentlessly giving birth to a new nation: the United Socialist States of America - the U.S.S.A." Sorry. That was written many more moons ago than when I ever actually wrote about it. Obama isn't writing it now. He is enforcing it now. The rewrite was written perhaps back in 1963 but I am glad people are at least beginning to wake up and actually report on the news.
One of the others that write as I do is Douglas V Gibbs: The American Form of Government, The Role of Government, and the Threat of Statism
The battle of political ideas is indeed the battle for control over the United States Government. The debate over the role of government in America continues to shape our history to this day. What kind of government Americans should live under is a question best answered, however, not by today's ideologues, but by the framers of the United States Constitution. [...]
Pretty interesting items to read there. However, for a real good laugh, one can always go ahead and read TBogg. What a good marxist that slug is. The idiot doesn't even know what a constitution is other than flushing one down the toilet. Others are also trying to write about the USC and I guess that's because it is now becoming chic to do so. Then again, there's always Matthew Yglesias otherwise known as I Have Glass Up My Ass. Some people call him Morongate and that is pretty much a god thing. Then again, there is always the fruit loops at Huff and Puff that think that Liz Cheney went over the edge. I suppose if one thinks they are conservative but aren't, she did. With all this talk about the United States Constitutiona and all one would think that The Obamaship giving away Judgeships and hiring frauds in the Judicial System would be a good thing...but it isn't.
It has always made me laugh when I hear people say that they are constitutional scholars. They went to college. Wow. I have been studying the Founding Documents since I was 13 years old and now I am 54 years old. And I never took a class in the USC ever. In high school or college. Is there a Constitutional College someplace? And don't tell me you are a lawyer and know something more than I do. And don't tell me that you have read a few legal-beagle documents that makes you more able than I either. Try reaing Madison's Notes and the United States Constitution about 100 times through and through first. Then you might be onto something.
"My question is: When Americans turn out to vote in the upcoming elections will it be a turning point in awakening our generation into restoring American glory?" -- Carlos Pijeira @ Flopping Aces
"It is striking that there is not a word in the Constitution that says in any way that precedent trumps the text. Article V specifically sets forth a procedure by which the constitutional text can be changed through the amendment process. Amendment is the only process the constitutional text provides for making changes in the document. Five-to-four or even nine-to-zero Supreme Court decisions do not trump the text. Moreover, in the Supremacy Clause, the document says that the Constitution, laws, and treaties shall be the “supreme Law of the Land,” but makes no mention of Supreme Court decisions." -- Donald Bly @ Flopping Aces
And don't tell me that we have Common Law because we do not. And don't tell me that we have Precedent law either because we don't. We have Constitutional Law because that's what the Constitution says it is. Period. Any change from the United States Constitution whether that is called Common Law or Precedent Law makes no difference...they aren't Law...even if an attorney or a judge says so.
