Iraqi police say two car bombs ripped through the city of Hillah south of Baghdad, killing at least 25 people and raising the death toll across Iraq to at least 60.
A spokesman for the Babil provincial police, Maj. Muthana Khalid, said 25 people were killed in Monday's bombings at Hillah, 60 miles (95 kilometers) south of Baghdad and the provincial capital of Babil.
