These aren't my words necessarily although I have been saying this for almost 5 years since The One was determined ti be The King. The words in the title are orchestrated by those that thought that The One would be The King deposing the worst nightmare in the universe, President Bush...
Now the White House is having a hissy behind closed doors with the media because dammitall, they can’t stop asking questions about the spill. Oh that’ll work, that’ll make a difference; the biggest environmental disaster our country has experienced will go away if only the media shuts up about it. Firedoglake
I will add to the fact that Firedoglake hasn't a clue about anything and that is why they are so upset about Obama. Listen to this crap...
But it’s the Executive Branch which is charged with the faithful execution of our laws, and it’s failing to do so. It has not done a competent job of communicating with the public or the media would not be hammering on them as they are for more information — and for once, the media is actually doing what we need of them, not what their corporate lords and masters expect.
Silly dweeb. It isn't the Executive Branch that does anything. Read the United States Constitution and you will laugh in good haste at the idiots at Firedoglake. It is the LEGISLATIVE Branch that makes and breaks our laws because they have the purse strings. Idiots.
But anyway, the Louisiana oil spill is the problem of someone else, not DC, but DC wants to get involved and we have The Katriina incident going on with federally unapproved equipment not being used so Louisiana is saying screw the Disadministration and going about it all themselves.
Then again, it is always best for The One to discuss his further failures with Marv Albert. Good job asshat. While The One won't discuss anything with anyone that matters to the American People, The One is trying to do something else that no one knows about.
Eleven men were killed on the rig that possibly was blown up not by a methane gas bubble but by others intentions of creating this exact problem but The One really doesn't give a damn about them. Does he?
I do believe what Sarah Plain has been saying about all of this: Palin accuses Obama of being in bed with big oil.
WASHINGTON (AFP) – Right-wing darling Sarah Palin accused US President Barack Obama on Sunday of leading a lax response to the Gulf of Mexico spill because he is too close to the big oil companies.
The former vice presidential candidate and Alaska governor, who champions off-shore drilling, criticized the media for not drawing the link between Obama and big oil and said if this spill had happened under former Republican president George W. Bush the scrutiny would have been far tougher.
"I don't know why the question isn't asked by the mainstream media and by others if there's any connection with the contributions made to president Obama and his administration and the support by the oil companies to the administration," she told Fox News Sunday.
More than 3.5 million dollars has been given to candidates by BP over the last 20 years, with the largest single donation, 77,051 dollars, going to Obama, according to the Center for Responsive Politics. [...] go read the rest
Cute, wasn't that? The right wing darling. Too bad she nailed this dead nuts on.
The Huff and Puff says this:
The administration seems miffed and mystified that it is being criticized. After all, it can reel off dozens of swift actions taken in the aftermath of the spill. The White House's defenders want the spotlight aimed exclusively at BP. But this is a situation where body language and words are just as important as actions. Scheduling an 'angry' presidential news conference weeks after oil started gushing into the Gulf waters is exactly the wrong thing to do. Authentic anger isn't something you turn on for the cameras and leak to the press the previous day. Indignation and defensiveness are precisely the wrong message...
So don't piss up my rope you libtards. Your own clans have started all of this because they coronated a Fraud.
