TITLES OF "NOBILITY" AND "HONOR" - The Missing 13th Amendment
Wed, May 26, 2010 at 22:03 We have spoken of this many times on Blig Talk Radio and tonight was no different except we actually read the entire Amendment. Listen to it here on The Halls of Valhalla.
The following is an article that I wrote about many moons ago on a different web site which no longer exists. So, here is is one more time.
The link offers the wherewithal for all to read. It was written in 1991 and that’s a long time ago.
The next web site can be found in the picture below
There are many trains of thought about the alleged 13th Amendment and the current 13th Amendment. Those that argue that the AWOL 13th Amendment is a myth are the actual myth talkers themselves and are, in fact, part of the American Leftinistra. Do your own searches. I have. Rely on no one else. Come up with your own factual accounts and you can start be researching your own State. As for the ratification of the “original” 13th Amendment, it was in fact fully ratified by 1812…the War of 1812 was when?
Now, oddly enough and I do mean “oddly”, the Daily Kos has a very good rendering on the lost 13th Amendment. The “Missing” 13th Amendment, an odd Constitution story. This article was written by pinche tejano on 7.10.2007 so the story is in fact old.
Many of us have looked into this missing 13th Amendment but the lawyers will not hear of it. So what does the 13th Amendment, as originally published, have to say?
If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive, or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office, or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince, or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.
Interesting. I wonder why the lawyers were going to be forbidden? And why was this removed and replaced with the current version? Was there some Leftinistra tomfoolery going on?
Below are the pictures that I have collected and they are the same at the KOSmonoff site. Enjoy and YOU decide.
I have many more and if anyone would like the links, let me know in a message.

Like I have stated many times…do your own research. For years I thought all of this was a rude hoax. And I was wrong.
And, I will end with the following but I want you all to think back to what was happening to the world back then. The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism. — Karl Marx, German political Philosopher and revolutionary, 1818-1883
