The following will be several posts from near and far and primarily describing the inept Obama Czardom. With all the Czars that we all have, wouldn't at least one of them have a good idea?
A government panel on Thursday essentially doubled its estimate of how much oil has been spewing from the out-of-control BP well, with the new calculation suggesting that an amount equivalent to the Exxon Valdez disaster could be flowing into the Gulf of Mexico every 8 to 10 days.
The new estimate is 25,000 to 30,000 barrels of oil a day. That range, still preliminary, is far above the previous estimate of 12,000 to 19,000 barrels a day. [...]
We are now going into the 56th day of this monstrocity that didn't need to happen if we were drilling on our own soil and I would think that of all the Czars this jerk wad Obama has appointed would at least have one good idea. However....
In other words, they all lied and think no one knows about it. Odd how liars are in all the years that I have known about lies coming from government mutants. Then again, when there are well over 60 spillion gallons of oil in the gulf, D'ohBama decides that he is going to wait for over a week to talk to someone that might have a good idea.
White House energy adviser Carol Browner on Friday rejected accusations from a panel of experts who claim the administration misrepresented their views to justify a six-month ban on offshore drilling in response to the BP oil rig disaster.
The denial came after the experts alleged that the Interior Department modified a report in late May that was used as the basis for the sweeping moratorium on existing drilling and new permits.
Though the report claimed the analysts, picked by the National Academy of Engineering, “peer reviewed” the department’s recommendations, the experts say the two paragraphs that called for the moratorium were added only after they signed off on it.
To the contrary, the experts warn that such a moratorium could not only harm the economy but make the situation in the Gulf more dangerous. The April 20 oil rig explosion occurred while the Deepwater Horizon well was being shut down — a move that is much more dangerous than continuing ongoing drilling, they said.
“A blanket moratorium is not the answer,” they wrote in a letter claiming Interior Department Secretary Ken Salazar’s report “misrepresents” their position. “A blanket moratorium will have the indirect effect of harming thousands of workers and further impact state and local economies suffering from the spill.” [...]
If the blanket moratorium isn't the answer than why did they make it so? They lied. So, while they are lying about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico they are now making people on the Gilf Coast "Rather" angry.
In the meantime while Obama is dashing his gums against his own ass, BP has decided to tell Obama to kiss his ass while Obama says he wants to kick some one else's ass. Funny how all of this is actually working out. It seems like the only ass getting kicked is the moron that has waited 56 days to say that he cannot fly out there to plug the oil nor can he swim out there to plug the hole. It took the jerk 56 days to figure all this out?
[...] The Swede — due to meet President Obama next week with Tony Hayward, the BP chief executive — is under fire for “errors of judgment” that include taking a holiday days after the April 20 blast that killed 11 workers. When he subsequently visited BP’s Houston disaster operation for the first time, he did so on the way home, accompanied by his partner, Louise Julian. The decision was considered insensitive given the severity of the crisis. [...]
I suppose that all the Obama Czars taking off on vaction days when terror was trying to strike in the USA is all well good and fine.
This next one is cute as well. It is the GOP's problem because no one wants energy that doesn't need oil. Obama. Idiot. Obama To Politico: GOP Shares The Blame For Oil Spill - The Politico. Who are the morons in America that will not let "green energy" live peaceful and free? The Marxist-Sociopaths, the Democcrats. Period. End of discussion. Prove me wrong if you can. You cannot so don't try. Here's the very sad expose from the Liar in Chief:
[...] In an interview with POLITICO, the president said: “I think it’s fair to say, if six months ago, before this spill had happened, I had gone up to Congress and I had said we need to crack down a lot harder on oil companies and we need to spend more money on technology to respond in case of a catastrophic spill, there are folks up there, who will not be named, who would have said this is classic, big-government overregulation and wasteful spending.” [...]
When you read the real deal, the GOP "should" be responsible. Reading the little excerpt above, the excuse is "Rather" cheezy.
Well, I got tired of reporting on Obama's utter stupidity and his Czars that have no ideas. We are leaderless in this entire debacle.
