The racist and unconstitutional murder of an American citizen - Anwar al-Awlaki

Many seasons ago, The Snooper Report defamed the Obama Clansman as being unconstitutional and The Snooper Report also did the same towards the Obama Clan when Anwar al-Awlaki was set up to be assassinated by fellow citizens.

I am a STRICT Constitutionalist and although I hated and despised this treasonous traitor known as Anwar al-Awlaki, he is still an American Citizen and the Constitution of the United States does apply.

We have been hearing that CIA drones nuked his butt.  We have been hearing that the Yemen Air Force nuked his butt.  Personally, I think that it should be Yemen that gets this credit of the death of a notorious murderer.  However, Obama wants the full credit even though he hasn't said much about this topic because if America did in fact kill an American Citizen, someone needs to be going to jail.  And that someone will be Obama - because he ORDERED the assassination.

May 13th, 2010: Obama Revealing His Unconstitutionality - Says Killing American Citizens a Good Idea

May 25th, 2010: Obama The Hitman - First A Cleric, Who’s Next?

Not very many people stated anything way back in May of 2010, people.  Now, in light of the unpleasantness of this fraud called Obama, now everyone is saying something.  Must be in the water or something.

President Obama was asked by Michael Smerconish this afternoon whether he ordered the strike on the anti-American cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, but he declined to get into it. "I can’t talk about the operational details, Michael," he said. "This is something that we had been working with the Yemeni government on for quite some time. There’s been significant cooperation with the intelligence levels with a lot of countries in the region." He added, "We are very pleased that Mr. Awlaki is no longer going to be in a position to directly threaten the United States homeland as well our allies around the world."

So he doesn't want to get "into the details" of this murder of an American by Americans sent bty Obama to murder an American citizen...by decree.  BUT!  But, Obama was all over he death of Osama bin Laden giving out as much detail as he possibly could to seek favor of the people that says he is an idiot.

I.  DON'T.  GET.  IT.

Here are two articles by Ron Paul that I mostly agree with.  I will say, Ron, that it isn't 'sad' that this terrosist and Jihadi scum bag is dead.  It is TREASONOUS that he is dead seeing that NO ONE followed the United States Constitution.

Ron Paul aggressively criticized President Obama today for al-Awlaki's death. "No I don't think that's a good way to deal with our problems," Paul said in a media avail after his remarks at the Politics + Eggs event here. "He was born here, Al-Awlaki was born here, he is an American citizen. He was never tried or charged for any crimes. No one knows if he killed anybody. We know he might have been associated with the underwear bomber. But if the American people accept this blindly and casually that we now have an accepted practice of the president assassinating people who he thinks are bad guys, I think it's sad.

In this second article by Ron Paul, he sways away from the USC by saying that 'our principles' were not followed.  What principles, Ron?  And where have you been?

As President, I would not hesitate to use decisive force to repel any imminent threat. National defense is a primary function of Congress and the commander-in-chief, and, as chief executive, I would carry out my duties as outlined in the Constitution and in accordance with the rule of law. President Obama apparently believes he is not bound by the Constitution or the rule of law. When it was reported that Anwar al-Awlaki was killed by U.S. drone strikes in Yemen last week, certainly no one felt remorse for his fate. Awlaki was a detestable person we believe helped recruit and inspire others to kill Americans through terrorist acts.

If Obama is 'smart' - snicker snicker hack hack cough cough - Obama will say that the Yemen Air Force did the deal with NO American help...even if it is wrong.  He doesn't have the guts to do anything else.

How America finally caught up with Anwar al-Awlaki -- The capture of a low-level errand-runner was the key breakthrough that led to the al-Qaeda leader's death, report Adam Baron and Majid al-Kabsi in Sana'a, Colin Freeman and Sean Rayment, Defence Correspondent -- As he sat by a roadside eating what would be his last ever breakfast, Anwar al-Awlaki could have been forgiven for being in upbeat mood. Some 18 months after Washington had given him arguably the ultimate terrorist accolade by putting him on a list of people authorised for assassination, he was still hiding in the lawless Yemeni mountains where neither his own government nor US drone strikes could seem to reach him. Then, as he and his comrades chewed dates and drank traditional Yemeni tea, a high-pitched buzz above them signalled yet another drone strike - this time one that found its mark. Details of how the US finally managed to track down al-Qaeda's chief mouthpiece to the West can be revealed today by The Sunday Telegraph, which has learned that the key breakthrough came when CIA officials caught a junior courier in Awlaki's inner circle. The man, who is understood to have been arrested three weeks ago by Yemeni agents acting for the agency, volunteered key details about Awlaki's whereabouts which led to Friday's drone strike as his convoy drove through the remote province of Jawf, 100 miles east of the capital, Sana'a. Told he faced either a harsh prison term or the chance of a new life outside terrorism, the prisoner gave the vital clues that led to the most significant blow against al Qaeda since Osama bin Laden's death. "The CIA lifted a courier a few weeks ago and he started talking," said one senior Western intelligence officer. "The senior al-Qaeda players never give up anything, but the junior ones always talk. The interrogation methods are very sophisticated - there are no thumbscrews or water boarding involved.

Shut up, Cheney.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney praised the Obama administration Sunday for using a drone strike to kill American-born Muslim cleric Anwar al-Awlaki, but said President Barack Obama should now apologize for criticizing former President George W. Bush's actions against suspected terrorists.

Al-Awlaki -- an American whose fluency in English and technology made him one of the top terrorist recruiters in the world -- was killed Friday in Yemen, according to U.S. and Yemeni government officials.

The Obama Administration, which just Wednesday reasserted its claim to be "the most transparent administration in history," is being notably opaque about the legal process used to add someone like Anwar al-Awlaki to a so-called "kill or capture list" so he can be taken out with a U.S. drone like the one that reportedly killed the New Mexico-born Muslim cleric and Al Qaeda of the Arabian Peninsual front-man on Friday in Yemen. White House Press Secretary Jay Carney rebuffed more than a dozen questions on Friday about the evidence against al-Awlaki, as well as the legal process used and the key issue of whether American citizens are entitled to any greater process or higher standard of proof.

30 militants killed with Anwar al-Awlaki...

Two American militants, including senior Al Qaeda leader Anwar al-Awlaki, were killed in Yemen early Friday morning by a CIA-led U.S. drone strike, marking the highest-profile takedown of terror leaders since the raid on Usama bin Laden's compound.

Fox News has learned that two Predator drones hovering above al-Awlaki's convoy fired the Hellfire missiles which killed the terror leader. According to a senior U.S. official, the operation was carried out by Joint Special Operations Command, under the direction of the CIA.

"AQAP has lost its ideological leader, which is a huge blow," a former intelligence official who has tracked al-Awlaki for years told Fox News.

Al-Awlaki was a U.S.-born Islamic militant cleric who became a prominent figure with Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, the network's most active branch. He was involved in several terror plots in the United States in recent years, using his fluent English and Internet savvy to draw recruits to carry out attacks. President Obama signed an order in early 2010 making him the first American to be placed on the "kill or capture" list.

The Yemeni government and Defense Ministry announced al-Awlaki's death, without giving details. But American sources confirmed the CIA and U.S. military were behind the strike on al-Awlaki, whom one official described as a "big fish."

The strike hit a vehicle with three or four suspected Al Qaeda members inside, in addition to al-Awlaki. According to a U.S. senior official, the other American militant killed in the strike was Samir Khan, the co-editor of an English-language Al Qaeda web magazine called "Inspire."

Kahn, in his 20s, was an American of Pakistani heritage from North Carolina. His magazine promoted attacks against U.S. targets, even running articles on how to put together explosives. In one issue, Khan wrote that he had moved to Yemen and joined Al Qaeda's fighters, pledging to "wage jihad for the rest of our lives." [...]

BUT!  BUT!

But we are now being told that Anwar al-Awlaki might not be dead!

Sources: Radical Cleric 'Probably' Killed

UPDATE 12/26/09: A source tells FOX News that the FBI now believes Awlaki is alive and was not killed in an airstrike in Yemen earlier this week. However, the source said, the FBI has not officially confirmed that. --- Hours after an interview with a radical Muslim cleric tied to the alleged Ft. Hood shooter was posted online, military forces in Yemen launched an airstrike that may have killed the cleric, two U.S. sources told FOX News. U.S. officials believe Anwar al-Awlaki was “probably” killed in the airstrike, which killed dozens of militants, one source said. The airstrike, carried out this morning by Yemeni fighter jets in the remote province of Shabwa, targeted a meeting of senior Al Qaeda operatives, according to a statement from the Yemeni Embassy in Washington, D.C. Awlaki, along with a regional Al Qaeda leader and his deputy, were “presumed” to be at the meeting, where the operatives were planning a “retaliation operation” for recent raids of Al Qaeda hideouts, the embassy said. Authorities are currently trying to confirm whether Awlaki is among the dead, the two U.S. sources said. Late yesterday Al Jazeera’s web site published an interview with Awlaki, in which he said the Army psychiatrist charged with killing 13 people at Ft. Hood last month asked him a year earlier whether killing fellow U.S. soldiers “was a religiously legitimate act or not.” In the interview, translated by the Washington-based Middle East Media Research Institute, Awlaki said he first received an email from Maj. Nidal Hasan on Dec. 17, 2008, and the initial email “was asking for an edict regarding the [possibility] of a Muslim soldier [killing] colleagues who serve with him in the American army.” Awlaki said subsequent emails “mentioned the religious justifications for targeting the Jews with missiles.” “Then there were some messages in which he asked for a way through which he could pass to us some money [and by that ] to participate in charitable activities,” Awlaki said in the interview, as translated by MEMRI.

So, is it dead or not?  Can Obama laugh or cry?
