Where does the line get drawn? Where's the breaking point? When a human baby is justifiably "destroyed", how than, can an unborn child be protected by anyone? If a human baby can get "destroyed", why then, can a hunter which kills a pregnant doe be fined/charged and or jailed for killing two deer? If a hunter gets this kind of charge and no charges are brought, why then, can all of his equipment get confiscated as a deterrent for a future time and why doesn't the hunter get the deer?
If an unborn baby is murdered by an abortion "doctor", why then, cannot he /she/it be charged with anything and why can't his/her/shits belongings get taken away?
All of this abortion nonsense has everything to do with the United States Constitution because in that very document that all politicians swear an Oath to defend and protect, when they do not follow their Oath, pass laws that are contrary to that document, why can't they be charged with anything? Abortion is a State Right. Period. End of discussion. Or, amend the document the politicians are sworn to defend and protect.
