Wow. It isn't a war. No tanks are being blown out. The Libyan Air Force is not existant anymore but they just ran out of parts. Qaddafi's compounds just blew up on their own accord. Right? Right. Or, perhaps, Left.

Action: the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim : demanding tougher action against terrorism | if there is a breach of regulations, we will take action.
OK. So, the "action" in Libya utilizing the "military" of the various "allies" are utilizing the "kinetics" or to "move something" by force. Not a war? Are they kidding me?
I spent YEARS of my life serving the USG in and out of the military and I was ALWAYS at war. Always. Always. Always.
