In America, what should we tell the federal government what to do about guns? On top of that and most importantly, what do we learn from the Holy Scriptures about arming ourselves against a tyrannical federal government?
We tell them about the Second Amendment - Bearing Arms. The link to the left takes you to a page that has some annotations to them and as far as I am concerned, they are not needed and all it does is explain how off-base the federal government is. I say that because evidently, the federal government doesn’t understand what non-attorney speak the Second Amendment so states.
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Shall not be infringed. Shall not be infringed. That amendment states that the federal government cannot make federal laws about guns…what we can have and what we cannot have. What it truly means is the States are the ones that must address whether or not the people of any State can dictate the policies…see the 10th Amendment.
If the State of Texas says that I can have a machine gun, I can have one. If Texas says I cannot, then I cannot. If the State of Texas says that I can have an Abrams M1A1 tank, I can have one…if I can spend the money for one. If Texas says I cannot, I cannot. It is very simple.
All these laws that are being brought up in the States aggravates the beejeebers out of me because it isn’t necessary.
infringe |inˈfrinj| verb ( infringes, infringing, infringed ) [ with obj. ]
actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.): making an unauthorized copy would infringe copyright. • act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on: his legal rights were being infringed | [ no obj. ] : I wouldn’t infringe on his privacy.
However, our federal government has gotten completely and totally out of control. They desire to be a tyrannical means of disrespect and because they are without God they must be following Satan. True? False?
In a previous article I made mention of three Scripture verses revealing what God thinks about a Godly government and a tyrannical government. Titus 3:1-8; Peter 3:13, 14; Romans 13:1-8. There are many more and we will look at some of them here.
What they explain is IF you have a Godly government, we must respect them and “obey” because if we don’t, we are sinning against God. If we are in a tyrannical form of government like we are in now and it has been changed by the ungodly, we cannot obey and be respectful. Didn’t Jesus beat the crap out of the religious maroons with a whip?
Everywhere on the web people are getting angrier and angrier about this and some have been saying that if the fed does what they are talking about, there will be war. And, we have been there and done that, haven’t we?
26 And whosoever will not do the law of thy God, and the law of the king, let judgment be executed speedily upon him, whether it be unto death, or to banishment, or to confiscation of goods, or to imprisonment.
And that settles that, doesn’t it? We do not have a Godly federal government whatsoever. So what do we do? Follow God. Follow the United States Constitution because it is a divinely written and forged document. Why? Because our Framers were Godly men. President John Adams said many years ago…
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
We need another American Awakening. We need a Godly led leadership and we haven’t had one of those since Ronald Wilson Reagan.
12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
13 Righteous lips are the delight of kings; and they love him that speaketh right.
Do we have anyone in leadership these days that speaks right…after God’s Holy Word? As far as I am concerned, the answer is no.
Pray. Read. Study. Know your Scripture. Know your Constitution both federal and your State. Pray. Read. Study.
God’s people had swords and spears for a reason. We have guns for a reason.

The Progressive Loss Of Freedoms - The War on Guns
There is no doubt that gun violence in the United States is a problem, but so is the progressive loss of freedoms. The Second Amendment is very short because when it was drafted, no explanation was needed. How you interpret the text depends on your worldview.
Roger that…go read it.
John Dickinson, a signer of the Constitution, Governor of Pennsylvania, and devout Quaker, put it this way…
Kings or parliaments could not give the rights essential to happiness … We claim them from a higher source - from the King of kings, and Lord of all the earth. They are not annexed to us by parchments and seals. They are created in us by the decrees of Providence, which establish the laws of our nature. They are born with us; exist with us; and cannot be taken from us by any human power without taking our lives. In short, they are founded on the immutable maxims of reason and justice. It would be an insult on the Divine Majesty to say that he has given or allowed any man or body of men a right to make me miserable.
Simply amazing. Another ungodly twit at work…
A new video released by conservative activist Jason Mattera will surely have gun rights advocates up in arms. In an exchange with Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-IL) that was caught on camera last month but only released Monday, the Democratic politician spoke openly about her gun control views, noting that current proposals are only the beginning.
Perhaps the most contentious portion of the dialogue, which purportedly took place at a women’s rights rally, is the section in which she seems to indicate that a much larger push against firearms could inevitably take aim at handguns.
So much for being a Godly Nation and following the LAW as dictated in the Constitution by God Himself.
