Scalia: “There Is No Right to Secede” - under whose articles of whatever, Scalia? Where did that come from? Have you not read the Declaration of Independence? Have you not read the United States Constitution? Or, have you believed the wayward tones or pseudo-marxism? Screw you, Scalia. Screw you and your breed of unconstitutional falderal.
Here is the letter from the libtard:
I am afraid I cannot be of much help with your problem, principally because I cannot imagine that such a question could ever reach the Supreme Court. To begin with, the answer is clear. If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede. (Hence, in the Pledge of Allegiance, “one Nation, indivisible.”) Secondly, I find it difficult to envision who the parties to this lawsuit might be. Is the State suing the United States for a declaratory judgment? But the United States cannot be sued without its consent, and it has not consented to this sort of suit.
I am sure that poetic license can overcome all that — but you do not need legal advice for that. Good luck with your screenplay.
Good luck with your constitutionality, my friend. A letter. A letter was written and some moron from an idiot lawyer so says so. Here is the blog post opening:
The right of a state to secede from the nation is way outside my personal injury wheelhouse. […]
That’s right. It is above your “pay grade”, you moron, so shut up. Good God Almighty. We have idiots writing all over the place. SCALIA WROTE A LETTER! SCALIA WROTE A LETTER! Where did Scalia get his data from? Has he never read the Constitution from the State of Texas? Does he not know of the “treaty” made between the USA and Texas back then. Did the Civil War do away with the “treaty”? No, it did not. And the 14th Amendment? Was it legally ratified? No, it was not. So, shut up, Scalia. Moron.
Texas can secede and we will, one of these days. Hopefully not but it can and should if the Nation is going to go the wayside of any form of Marxist Ideology. So will any other State as long as the United States Constitution gets laid aside and that’s what will happen under any form of government that can and will be installed that is in direct conflict with the United States Constitution. Period. I wonder if Scalia or the idiot blogger previously cited knows this. I can hardly stand these morons these days. You?
Both these Goobers, Eric Turkewitz and Antonin Scalia, more than likely believe in Global Warming. Screw ‘em.
