Sat, June 20, 2009 at 17:23 As I have reported many times, that alleged tax "break" for 95% of the American people was a huge ruse. All it was was a payroll tax referral until tax time 2010. When folks get their taxes calculated for 2009 they are going to be in for one huge surprise...Obama lied. More than likely he was planning on getting the huge tax increases from everyone in the United States before folks came to figure out what happened. After all, our politicians have a tough time covering up the fact that is it Congress that causes prices to increase but they have an uncanny way to get people to blame Big Business. Isn't it funny as in odd that the federal government is the biggest business in the nation? Why doesn't anyone blame them for anything? Oh. Wait. I forgot. Just like the FAA, they are here to help us.
So, how is Obama going to pay for this unconstitutional national health care boondoggle? A major tax increases across the board. That's how.
Sat, June 20, 2009 at 0:25 With the plethora of "issues" being generated in the very dishorable halls of CONgress, this one slipped under my radar screens. Thanks to Loki of the BTR show Halls of Valhalla, my attention was guided to S. CON. RES. 26, 111th CONGRESS, 1st Session IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES, June 11, 2009. This senatorial excrement is merely one example in a long line of examples why there isn't a single man or woman in the alleged House of Representatives or the alleged Senate that deserves to be there.
There are two versions of this "resolution" one previously linked and the other is here. One of them was passed and it really doesn't matter which one. They are equally useless, inane and a waste of time seeing that there are better things to be concerned about than apologizing for actions that no one is alive today that had anything to do with the issue of slavery. All this is, is the bleeding hearts that if they had their druthers, they would druther slavery still exist because they have a history of being against Civil Rights, developed the Jim Crowe laws and fought tooth and nail then and fight tooth and nail now to keep racism alive and well in this nation. And that is a well known and well documented historical fact. All this was is an effort to make themselves feel better.

Prestige. If your political slant causes you to veer away from the restrictions to the federal government as dictated by the United States Constitution, it seems like you can go as far as you'd care to in the every day business of raping the American People and being glad in it.
For instance, the much debated National Health Care "reform". I never knew that we had National Health Care on the first place let alone needing to reform it. When did we ever have it to start with and if we did have it, was was the constitutional foundation for it? Was it Medicaide? Medicare? Are they constitutional? I think not at least not on a federal level. Regardless, any government run health care system is a state-to-state issue. I guess I won't go far in politics. Which brings us to the various nefarious "plans".

The mother and grandmother of a 6-year-old New York City girl were charged with burning her during a Haitian voodoo ritual and then failing to get help for the crying child.
Prosecutors say Marie Lauradin poured an accelerant over her daughter Frantzcia Saintil on Feb. 4 during a Haitian practice known as Loa and made her stand naked in a ring of fire, engulfing her in flames.
Despite Frantzcia's cries for help, Lauradin, 29, and the girl's grandmother Sylvenie Thessier, 70, didn't seek medical treatment for her, according to Queens District Attorney Richard Brown.
Instead, said Brown, Lauradin and Thessier washed her with cold water and put her to bed despite life-threatening burns over 25 percent of her body. He said another relative found her the next day.
Lauradin was ordered held on $50,000 bail at Thursday's arraignment on assault and child endangerment charges related to the incident. She denies the allegations, according to defense attorney Jeff Cohen.
The grandmother faces a later arraignment.
The girl went into foster care and is said to be doing better.
Using the alleged logic of the anti-Americanists in this nation, isn't this to be considered a normal activity? After all, isn't this type of ritual an acceptable part of the immigrants into this nation? Isn't this part of America's "melting pot" and acceptance of the cultures of others?
