John F'n Kerry Sounds Off On Americanized Marxism

I think we can call them all socialist pig lip suckers now.

John F'n Kerry ... Stoooopid

The First Czar: Idiot or Merely Inept?

The ineptitude of the man is oozing forth.  Some are reporting that Obama and Mrs Obama fled the White Marxist House and made an attempt to emulate President Bush by reading to small children at a school.  Although that makes for a fun story and a "we told you so" piece, it simply isn't true.  It was pre-planned but not made public.  However, the story can be believable because of many things.

His Cabinet picks are being decimated one by one and he has three unconstitutionally confirmed Cabinet members and he whined about the economy keeping him up at night.  The economy should be keeping him awake at night because it was his beloved Party that has gotten us into this mess.  And then ...

Obama stated that he made an error in some of his nominees, primarily Tom Daschle.  He admitted his mistake and then proceeded to justify throwing Tom Daschle under the bus but is "standing by", apparently, Geihtner, Clinton, Salzzar and Gregg.

[...] "Did I screw up in this situation? Absolutely. I'm willing to take my lumps," Obama told NBC's Brian Williams, one of five interviews he gave yesterday afternoon. Obama told the network anchors that there are "not two sets of rules" for people, and said that average taxpayers deserve to have public officials who pay their taxes on time. [...]

You may want to have your Treasury Secretary resign if we are to accept you on your above statement, Barack.  Also, Barack, you may want to replace your vetting department.

Democrats and Taxes: An Inconvenient Process

The mean-spirited fact-finders have determined that Tom Daschle is also a tax evader.  Go figure.

ABC News has learned that the nomination of former Senator Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-SD, to be President Obama's Secretary of Health and Human Services has hit a traffic snarl on its way through the Senate Finance Committee.

The controversy deals with a car and driver lent to Mr. Daschle by a wealthy Democratic friend, a chauffer service the former Senator used for years without declaring their use on his taxes.

It remains an open question as to whether this is a "speed bump," as a Democratic Senate ally of Mr. Daschle's put it, or something more damaging.

After being defeated in his 2004 re-election campaign to the Senate, Daschle in 2005 became a consultant and chairman of the Executive Advisory Board at InterMedia Advisors.

Based in New York City, InterMedia Advisors is a private equity firm founded in part by longtime Daschle friend and Democratic fundraiser, Leo Hindery, the former president of the YES network (the Yankees' and Devils' broadcast network).

That same year he began his professional relationship with InterMedia 2005, Mr. Daschle began using the services of Hindery's car and driver.

The Cadillac and driver were never part of Daschle's official compensation package at InterMedia but Mr. Daschle -- who as Senate Majority Leader enjoyed the use of a car and driver at taxpayer expense -- didn't declare their services on his income taxes, as tax laws require. [...]

Laws don't apply to democrat party politicians.  Just ask them.  Hell.  They get placed in high positions.  Screw up and move up as it were.  So, his appointment will sail through with no problems.  Hillary was unconstitutionally confirmed so what's the big deal with another crook in the Czar's Administration?

Oh.  Wait.  I was supposed to insert the Obama Critic Disclaimer.  OOPS.

Tax Evasion: Equality For All

Several days ago when word hit the internet that the tax evader Tim Geihtner was confirmed as TREEsury Sexitariat, I made up my mind that I am no longer going to pay taxes.  Screw 'em.  Besides, Reid says it is voluntary anyway.  Screw 'em.  Naturally, I was half-kidding.  Then I thought about it some more and said screw 'em again.  So, now it is official.  Come and get me you revenuers!  Bite me.

Then, just a few hours ago, I find out about the Rangel Rule:

The "Rangel Rule"   [Ramesh Ponnuru]
Rep. John Carter, a Texas Republican, sent out a press release earlier today about his innovative new bill:

"Rangel Rule"

All U.S. taxpayers would enjoy the same immunity from IRS penalties and interest as House Ways and Means Chairman Charles Rangel (D-NY) and Obama Administration Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, if a bill introduced today by Congressman John Carter (R-TX) becomes law.

Carter, a former longtime Texas judge, today introduced the Rangel Rule Act of 2009, HR 735, which would prohibit the Internal Revenue Service from charging penalties and interest on back taxes against U.S. citizens. Under the proposed law, any taxpayer who wrote “Rangel Rule” on their return when paying back taxes would be immune from penalties and interest.

IRS immunity from an unconstitutional agency.  Cool.  Sounds like a good thing to do.  Perhaps we will get our Boston Tea Party II after all.  From lawhawk:

This may not be the way to regain Congress in 2010, but it is sure to make Democrats squirm. Republicans may find that they like life on the outside since they don't have to be the responsible ones (as Democrats are going to quickly find out now that they own the stimulus porkfest). They're going to needle and bite at the ankles of the sanctimonious and smug Democrats who think that they can do whatever they want. It means going after criminals like Rep. Charles Rangel, who evaded paying his taxes for years, and yet miraculously avoided having to pay penalties like the rest of us.

I can visualize a new parody..."So easy even the Treasury Secretary can do it.", or something along those lines.
