I know. Obama said he will "make accountable" all that have failed...except himself, naturally. But, seeing and hearing and watching this buffoon known as The 'messiah' lying like it does many times on a daily basis, who will believe IT?
How many more need to get killed before this idiot does anything about anything? This isn't your community service, Obama.
And here we see the Illegal Invasionista Narco-Terrorist/Insurgent class getting all PO'd at Herman Cain. Cain said it was all a joke but he is, in fact, correct. We are already at WAR on the Southern Border and if no one believes this, they have some serious issues with their psyches.
Hispanic Advocacy Groups Rebuke Cain Over Electric-Fence 'Joke' -- Presidential candidate Herman Cain is catching heat from Hispanic advocacy groups for suggesting the U.S. construct an "electrified" border fence to keep out illegal immigrants. Though Cain said afterward he was just kidding, the group America's Voice put out a statement Monday calling it "no laughing matter." "Cain may have been 'joking,' but suggesting that murder is a way to address illegal immigration just isn't funny," director Frank Sharry said in the statement. Cain, at a campaign event in Tennessee on Saturday, defended the idea of building a barbed-wire fence along the border, "electrified, with a sign on the other side that says it can kill you." The Republican candidate then dismissed criticism that he's being "insensitive," saying "what's insensitive is when they come to the United States across our border and kill our citizens." Asked about the remarks on NBC's "Meet the Press," Cain said he was joking. "That's not a serious plan. No, it's not," he said. "That's a joke. I've also said America needs to get a sense of humor. That was a joke, OK."
The Fast and Furious botch job? Democrats do botch jobs? Isn't that what they blame the GOP of becoming? Oh. Wait.
'Fast & Furious': How a Botched Operation Spawned Fatal Results -- The central characters in the failed “Fast and Furious” firearms investigation were 19 men and one woman, all legal residents of the U.S., accused of laying down hundreds of thousands of dollars in illicit cash at Phoenix-area gun shops to buy an arsenal of high-powered weapons for Mexican drug smugglers. Between September 2009 and December 2010, congressional investigators said, they purchased or aided in the purchase of more than 2,000 AK-47 assault weapons, Barrett .50-caliber sniper rifles, FN 5.7mm semi-automatic pistols and other assorted rifles, shotguns and handguns that later were “walked” into Mexico. About half the weapons remain unaccounted for. They paid cash, as much as $900,000, and with each purchase they signed their names on Form 4473, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) document, swearing under the threat of committing a felony that they were not purchasing the weapons for someone else — that they were not “straw buyers.” But they were, and the ATF knew it.
President Barack Obama's Homeland Security Department officials released a report that claims Immigration and Customs Enforcement deported a record number of illegal immigrants in the last fiscal year, including an "unprecedented number of convicted illegals with criminal records." However, a closer look at the figures reveals the report is bogus, according to the lawmaker in-charge of immigration oversight. In the 2011 fiscal year which ended last month, ICE officials claim they deported more than 396,000 illegal immigrants nationwide -- the largest number in the agency's history, ICE officials said in a statement released yesterday. Of these, nearly 55 percent or more than 216,000 of the people deported were convicted of felonies or misdemeanors -- an 89 percent increase since FY 2008 when George W. Bush was president. [...] ---- [...] "All one needs to do is compare the press releases issued by ICE during the Obama years and the Bush years to see they are not focusing on enforcing the nation's immigration laws these days," a Border Patrol agent told the Law Enforcement Examiner. "During the Bush administration, the majority of press releases highlighted the capture of illegal aliens working at companies across the nation. They even nabbed illegal aliens working at high-security facilities run by the U.S. government. Today, the majority of the press releases are issued with regard to child pornography, counterfeit designer clothing and accessories, and even drug arrests," said the Law Enforcement Examiner source who demanded anonymity [...]
Be Furious Over Fast and Furious -- What the hell is going on in this country? And why don’t our federal officials just man-up and admit when mistakes have been made? Now, keep in mind – I don’t write about politics so this is not a partisan attack. I write about crime and justice. So, take what I’m about to say in that spirit. And remember the name “Fast and Furious” because I predict you’ll be hearing a lot about it in the days ahead. Here’s the backstory: Someone at the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives … (The ATF is a division of the Justice Department) decided a couple years ago that it would be a good idea to allow thousands of firearms to flow from Arizona into Mexico to help identify gun routes and the drug cartel kingpins buying illegal weapons. The idea behind the program was that if we followed the weapons, massive arrests would surely follow. Yeah, well – it didn’t quite turn out that way. We promptly lost track of most of the 2,000 firearms involved. And, sadly, some of those weapons are linked to the death of a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agent. The official record doesn’t reveal exactly when Fast and Furious came to be, but it started sometime in 2009. The operation focused on Arizona gun shops and ATF agents were ordered to watch for buyers with suspected ties to Mexican drug cartels. These mules were then supposed to be monitored to see which cartel leaders took possession of the smuggled weapon. This plan was so secret our government never informed Mexican officials that it was underway. According to a Congressional report the purpose of Fast and Furious was, “To wait and watch, in hope that law enforcement could identify other members of a trafficking network and build a large, complex conspiracy case.” Well, that didn’t work out because there was no plan to adequately track the buyers and the weapons once they crossed into Mexico.
