Come Clean on 'Fast and Furious'

Please donate to the Southern Border War Patrols.  Thank you.

Asking a Marxist-Moonbat to come clean on anything is like asking the moon to rise and fall in exactly the 'right way' each night.

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa on Sunday stopped short of demanding that Attorney General Eric Holder resign over the botched gun-tracking program “Fast and Furious.”

But Issa re-rang his call for Holder to come before a House committee and come clean on what Issa claimed were “less-than-accurate” comments over when the attorney general founded out about “Fast and Furious” – a mission led by the Bureau for Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that lost track of weapons later discovered at the murder scene of a U.S. Border Patrol agent.

Big Media Outlets Ignore Subpoena of Entire Top Tier of Obama Administration -- Perhaps the biggest story in the political world since the U.S. House of Representatives voted to impeach Bill Clinton in the 1990s, although the Senate refused to remove him from office, is the fact that this week a subpoena from the House was issued to the entire top tier of the Obama Administration. Yet as of today the big media outlets--ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, the New York Times, and the Washington Post--have ignored the story entirely. And if they did mention it in passing, it was buried on a back page or relegated to an inconspicuous web page while never seeing the light of day on the air. Only Fox gave the story top billing.

Cain Wants Electrified Border Fence -- Republican presidential candidate Herman Cain said Saturday that part of his immigration policy would be to build an electrified fence on the country’s border with Mexico that could kill people trying to enter the country illegally. The remarks, which came at two campaign rallies in Tennessee as part of a barnstorming bus tour across the state, drew loud cheers from crowds of several hundred people at each rally. At the second stop, in Harriman, Tenn., Mr. Cain added that he also would consider using military troops “with real guns and real bullets” on the border to stop illegal immigration.

Bachmann Signs Border Security Pledge -- Michele Bachmann, campaigning in Perry, Iowa, hit border security hard in a clear bid to contrast herself with Rick Perry, per Kay Henderson: By signing this one, Bachmann is promising that she will secure the border if she’s elected president. Van Hipp of South Carolina, chairman of Americans for Securing the Borders, told me in an interview that too many candidates have paid mere “lip service” to the issue. “Nothing really gets done,” Hipp said. “We believe by having a pledge like this it really is the best way to hold the politicians’ feet to the fire so we’re calling on all federal candidates for president, for senate and for the House to sign the pledge to secure the border of this country and to make America safer.”

Obama: Holder and I Weren't Aware of 'Fast and Furious'

Please donate to the Southern Border War Patrols.  Thank you.

So.  The two TOP guys knew nothing.  So, why are they still in office?

Libtards never lie.  Just ask ANY of them.

Some are saying that D’ohBama the Fraud will fire al-Holder.  Just like he fired the idiot over Solyndra.

And just for fun, because he is a horny bastard, the Rezident Obama is hiring Shakira.

I call this a distraction…

Then again, if I was married to Michelle……

Yesterday, CBS News investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson told radio show host Laura Ingraham that the White House yelled and swore at her over her reporting on the Fast and Furious gunrunning scandal tied to the deaths of two U.S. law enforcement agents. Attkisson also revealed that she’d also been yelled at by the Justice Department. Today, I called CBS News in an attempt to interview Attkisson. I was told by CBS News senior vice president of communications Sonya McNair that Attkisson would be unavailable for interviews all week. When I asked why Attkisson would be unavailable, McNair would not say.

al-Holder got himself on arming the drug cartels but, seeing that he is a libtard, he is now saying that the GOP is now playing the Gotcha Game…even though he is a LIAR and has always known about Fast and Furious.  Because it is HIS Department that runs Fast and Furious.

The Justice Department accused Republicans of playing a “political game of gotcha,” after lawmakers investigating Operation Fast and Furious said Attorney General Eric Holder received at least five memos on the gunrunning probe starting in July 2010 in spite of testimony claiming he learned of the program this year. Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., released a series of heavily redacted memos apparently sent to Holder from Michael Walther, the director of the National Drug Intelligence Center. They appear to describe an operation involving the straw purchase of hundreds of firearms that went to Mexican drug cartels.

The documents do in fact show that the DOJ was arming the drug cartels on purpose in the hopes of passing anti-gun laws over We The People…

Not only did U.S. officials approve, allow and assist in the sale of more than 2,000 guns to the Sinaloa cartel — the federal government used taxpayer money to buy semi-automatic weapons, sold them to criminals and then watched as the guns disappeared. This disclosure, revealed in documents obtained by Fox News, could undermine the Department of Justice’s previous defense that Operation Fast and Furious was a “botched” operation where agents simply “lost track” of weapons as they were transferred from one illegal buyer to another. Instead, it heightens the culpability of the federal government as Mexico, according to sources, has opened two criminal investigations into the operation that flooded their country with illegal weapons

So now we all know why we are fighting everyone on the Southern Border…

al-Holder lied, as usual

Please donate to the Southern Border War Patrols.  Thank you.

The title to this article is what should be out there in the News Rooms across America but...

I have been listening and reading all day today that al-Holder just misspoke and that is all we are hearing today.  Democrats never lie...they are just in error(?).

What if any Republican 'misspoke' like the al-Holder just did?  Would there be calls for someone's head?  Yes, there would have been.

The Snooper Report has been writing about the Southern Border Wars since 2005.  We used to get donations.  Not any more.

We at the Southern Borders have been extremely active in this Border War and it is getting worse and worse.

As word is coming out even in the News Rooms, people are becoming frightened and running away from the realities that are bashing them between their ears and they don't like it.  Well, neither do I but we are getting it from several directions and not just the one direction most are finding out about.

We are fighting We The People.  We are fighting the Mexican drug cartels.  We are fighting the Jihadis that are screaming through the borders.  But worst of all, we are also fighting ICE, the Border Patrol and the DHS.  This is the worst trouble we have been in for years down here.  "Why can't we all get along?"

The Snooper Report first made mentoin of this Fast and Furious debacle before it ever became 'popular' to even be mentioned by the Lame Stream Media.  We reported it in several directions: Gunrunner, Gunwalker, Fast and Furious, al-Holder, Eric Holder and the DOJ...and no one was listening.

So, what are people listening to?

Behold...

WH Document Dump Raises Possibility of Second 'Gunwalking' Program --- The joke goes that anything named “Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms” ought to be a convenience store instead of an arm of the federal government, but what’s going on in Washington these days with the embattled agency is no laughing matter. Hardly a week passes now without some revelation about the Obama administration’s complicity in what may yet turn out to be one of the worst and most lethal scandals in American history: Operation Fast and Furious. In a classic Friday document dump -- a sure sign of an administration with something to hide -- the feds released to congressional investigators a month’s worth of e-mail correspondence in the summer of 2010 between Bill Newell, then head ATF agent in Phoenix, and his friend Kevin O’Reilly, a former White House national-security staffer for North American affairs. What do you know? Among the e-mails was a photograph of a powerful Barrett .50-caliber rifle that had been illegally purchased in Tucson and recovered in Sonora, Mexico, raising the possibility of a second “gunwalking” program, this one called “Wide Receiver.”

And Obama sluffs it all off as 20-20 hindsight...but Obama hasn't actually touched this debacle yet, has he?  His 20-20 deal was talking about Solyndra and as soon as the curtain begins to drop on the Southern Border debacle, this will also be sluffed off as 20-20 Whatever...watch for it.

Now, in the DC Poli-Speak circles, contradictions are not lies but look the word up in a dictionary: to declare (a statement, report, etc) to be false or incorrect.  To be false = A LIE.  To be incorrect = a STATED LIE.  In either case, there has a LIE been told to We Te People.

Did al-Holder lie?

Yes, al-Holder did lie, has been lying and always will lie.  That's the way of the Marxist-Sciopaths.

Rep Lamar Smith from Texas is calling for a Special Prosecutor to be appointed by Rezident Obama - and I hope he doesn't do it so a REAL prosecutor can be appointed.

The pdf file for the letter can be seen here...

And what about the Marxist House yelling and screaming about grettig caught lying?

“In between the yelling that I received from Justice Department yesterday, the spokeswoman–who would not put anything in writing, I was asking for her explanation so there would be clarity and no confusion later over what had been said, she wouldn’t put anything in writing–so we talked on the phone and she said things such as the question Holder answered was different than the one he asked. But he phrased it, he said very explicitly, ‘I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.’”

And let us not ever forget to Blame Bush for everything that goes wrong anywhere at any time!

The federal government under the Bush administration ran an operation that allowed hundreds of guns to be transferred to suspected arms traffickers - the same tactic that congressional Republicans have criticized President Barack Obama's administration for using, two federal law enforcement officials said Tuesday. Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and other Republicans have been hammering the Obama Justice Department over the practice known as "letting guns walk," or leave law enforcement custody to trace their sales. Their target has been Operation Fast and Furious, which was designed to track small-time gun buyers at several Phoenix-area gun shops up the chain to make cases against major weapons traffickers. When Bush, a Republican, was president, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in Tucson, Ariz., used a similar enforcement tactic in a program it called Operation Wide Receiver. The fact that there were two such ATF investigations years apart in separate administrations raises the possibility that agents in still other cases may have allowed guns to "walk" rather than seizing them. 3 more murders linked to Gunwalker

Please donate to the Southern Border War Patrols.  Thank you.

Fast and Furious and the dead beats in DC will not own up to the fact that not only are they killing the American work force (people heading to Canada for work), they are killing our own people with weapons they allowed into the hands of the illegal invasionistas.

[...] One AK-47 type assault rifle purchased by a Fast and Furious suspect was recovered Nov. 14, 2009 in Atoyac de Alvarez, Mexico after the Mexican military rescued a kidnap victim.

On July 1, 2010, two AK-47 type assault rifles purchased by Fast and Furious suspects were recovered in Sonora, Mexico after a shootout between cartels. Two murders were reported in the incident using the weapons.

On July 26, 2010, a giant .50 caliber Barrett rifle purchased by a Fast and Furious suspect was recovered in Durango, Mexico after apparently having been fired. No further details of the incident were given.

On Aug. 13, 2010, two AK-47 type assault rifles purchased by a Fast and Furious target were recovered in Durango, Mexico after a confrontation between the Mexican military and an "armed group."

On Nov. 14, 2010, two AK-47 type assault rifles purchased by Fast and Furious targets were recovered in Chihuahua, Mexico after  "the kidnapping of two individuals and the murder of a family member of a Mexican public official." Sources tell CBS News they believe this is a reference to a case we previously reported on: the terrorist kidnapping, torture and murder of Mario Gonzalez Rodriguez. Rodriguez was the brother of then-attorney general Patricia Gonzalez Rodriguez. The terrorists released video of Rodriguez before his death, in handcuffs surrounded by hooded gunmen.

On May 27, 2011, three AK-47 type assault rifles purchased by Fast and Furious targets were recovered in Jalisco, Mexico after having been fired. No other details of the incident were provided, but the date and location match with another incident previously reported by CBS News. On May 27 near Jalisto, cartel members fired upon a Mexican government helicopter, forcing it to make an emergency landing. According to one law enforcement source, 29 suspected cartel members were killed in the attack. [...]

Third Gun Linked to 'Fast and Furious' Identified at Border Agent's Murder Scene

Read the articles here at The Snooper Report.  Really.  Do they not inform you?

The Obama Clansman are DIRECTLY responsible for the murder of American citizens.  Is this not a Treasonous offense?

Please donate.  Thank you.

A third gun linked to "Operation Fast and Furious" was found at the murder scene of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, new documents obtained exclusively by Fox News suggest, contradicting earlier assertions by federal agencies that police found only two weapons tied to the federal government's now infamous gun interdiction scandal. Sources say emails support their contention that the FBI concealed evidence to protect a confidential informant. Sources close to the Terry case say the FBI informant works inside a major Mexican cartel and provided the money to obtain the weapons used to kill Terry. Unlike the two AK-style assault weapons found at the scene, the third weapon could more easily be linked to the informant. To prevent that from happening, sources say, the third gun "disappeared." In addition to the emails obtained by Fox News, an audio recording from a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent investigating the Terry case seems to confirm the existence of a third weapon. In that conversation, the agent refers to an "SKS assault rifle out of Texas" found at the Terry murder scene south of Tucson. The FBI refused to answer a detailed set of questions submitted to officials by Fox News. Instead, agency spokesman Paul Bresson said, "The Brian Terry investigation is still ongoing so I cannot comment." Bresson referred Fox News to court records that only identify the two possible murder weapons.

ABC15 Investigators confirm violent AZ crime associated with ATF Fast and Furious Case

Please donate.  Thank you.

There are two articles cited here and al-Holder the Racist in charge at the defunct DOJ says that HIS department was doing something which he knew nothing about.  That is the old song and dance, "I have no recollection of this" maneuver.  al-Holder must resign but, rthen again, he is a marxist-sociopath and they never do anything wrong.  They all need to find God and ask for some help...

Authorities confirm a weapon from the failed ATF program 'Operation Fast and Furious' was found at a violent crime scene in Maricopa, Ariz. in 2010. This is the latest in a series of cases where Fast and Furious guns have been linked to violent crimes across the U.S. and Mexico. The two guns found at the scene were an AK-47 and a Beretta pistol, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The AK-47 is linked to Fast and Furious, according to ATF. The weapons were found inside a stolen truck in March 2010 after the driver slammed into two DPS vehicles while trying to evade members of the Arizona Vehicle Theft Task Force, ABC 15 reports. The driver, Angel Hernandez Diaz, was reportedly arrested and charged with multiple crimes, including flight from a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, aggravated assault on an officer with a dangerous instrument or deadly weapon, theft of means of transportation and misconduct involving a weapon, according to court documents. Fast and Furious was an operation launched in late 2009 by the Phoenix office of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives to follow gun purchasers in hopes that suspects would lead investigators to the heads of Mexican cartels. But hundreds of high-powered rifles and other guns ended up in Mexico, and many now accuse the ATF and the Justice Department of letting the guns "walk" even after safety concerns were raised.

The ABC15 Investigators have learned a weapon connected to the controversial Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Fast and Furious case was found at the scene of a 2010 violent crime in Maricopa, AZ. Bart Graves, a spokesperson for the Arizona Department of Public Safety, confirms officers found two weapons, an AK-47 and a Beretta pistol, inside a stolen truck in March 2010 after a driver trying to evade members of the Arizona Vehicle Theft Task Force slammed the stolen vehicle into two DPS vehicles. The AK-47 is linked to the Fast and Furious case, according to the ATF. Last week, the Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich said three weapons linked to the Fast and Furious case were used in violent crimes in the United States. Two of the weapons turned up at the Arizona murder scene of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. As part of the Fast and Furious case, Phoenix ATF agents recently testified that they knowingly allowed weapons to slip into the hands of straw buyers who would then distribute the weapons to known criminals. THE STOLEN VEHICLE Police arrested the driver of the stolen truck where the AK-47 was found, Angel Hernandez Diaz, on March 4, 2010. According to court paperwork , he’s accused of and charged with multiple crimes, including unlawful flight from a pursuing law enforcement vehicle, aggravated assault on an officer with a dangerous instrument or deadly weapon, theft of means of transportation, and misconduct involving a weapon. Hernandez Diaz is accused of stealing a Ford F-350 truck. Undercover police tracked him on SR 347 as he traveled towards Maricopa. When officers attempted to pull him over by turning on their emergency lights, Hernandez Diaz is accused of ramming two AZDPS vehicles and a civilian vehicle. Officers used spike strips to stop the vehicle, but sources told ABC15 the driver and the passenger continued to drive, eventually running from the disabled truck.

Botched US Gun Smuggling Operation Let Grenades, IEDs 'Walk' Into Mexico

Please donate.  Thank you.

Mexican IEDs...I wonder who taught them this?

Amid brewing controversy over the ATF's botched Fast and Furious gunrunning operation comes new allegations that the Department of Justice also let off an Arizona man suspected of supplying grenades to Mexico's drug cartels. The WSJ reports today that federal authorities are now investigating why the U.S. Attorney's office in Phoenix — the same office that oversaw Fast and Furious — released Jean Baptiste Kingery after he confessed to providing military-style weapons to the now-defunct La Familia Michoacana drug cartel. Kingery, who was arrested and released in June 2010, confessed to manufacturing improvised explosive devices (IEDs) using grenade components from the U.S. He also admitted to helping the cartel convert semi-automatic rifles into machine guns. Mexican criminal organizations are increasingly using these military-style weapons as the cartels' escalate their wars against the government and one another. Despite Kingery's confession, and over loud protestations from the arresting ATF officers, the U.S. Attorney's office let Kingery go within hours of his arrest.

Five Gunwalker Questions the Media Won’t Ask, and the Obama Administration Won’t Answer

Click the picture for the entire article.

Who came up with the idea of allowing guns to be purchased by straw purchasers and then “walked” across the border by smugglers? Who authorized Operation Fast and Furious in the Department of Justice? Who authorized Operation Fast and Furious in the Department of Homeland Security? Is Operation Fast and Furious the only operation of its type, or were there similar operations in Texas, Florida, and other states as evidence suggests? What, precisely, did Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Janet Napolitano know about Operation Fast and Furious, and when did they know it?

Operation Gunrunner.  Operation Fast and Furious.  If a Republican had done this, his/her head would already be rolling across the floor.

New Questions, Possible Cover-Up, Surface in ATF Fast and Furious Probe

Operation Gunrunner.  Fast and Furious.  Department of Injustice.  ATF.  Marxist House.  Simply amazing how these people were perpetrating the fraud on the American people in the hopes of eliminating our very weapons that have been protecting our Homeland from the thugs and morons of the federal government and enemy invaders.

Two top Republican lawmakers say Arizona prosecutors “stifled” attempts by agents for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to interdict weapons purchased by “straw buyers” in that state that later were “walked” to drug smugglers in Mexico, and may have covered up the fact that two of those weapons were found at the scene of the killing of a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Sen. Charles E. Grassley of Iowa, ranking Republican on the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Darrell Issa of California, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, told Acting U.S. Attorney Ann Scheel in Phoenix in a letter Thursday that “explicit approval” was required from federal prosecutors before any of the weapons purchased in “Operation Fast and Furious” could be stopped from leaving the country. “It is our understanding that this approval was withheld on numerous occasions,” they wrote. “It is unclear why all available tools, such as civil forfeitures and seizure warrants, were not used in this case to prevent illegally-purchased guns from being trafficked to Mexican drug cartels and other criminals.”

Other criminals?  We are at WAR with terrorists, gentlemen!  They are not criminals.  They are war fodder.

Regular readers will remember Dan Restrepo, previously identified back in April by this writer as the probable Oliver North of the Gunwalker Scandal. They will also recall our efforts the get the Issa committee to ask about the O'Reilly-Newell emails at the last hearing -- Kevin O'Reilly being Restrepo's deputy at the NSC. At the time (both in April and July) I was cautioned by some folks that I was getting ahead of the evidence. One feared that I might be "leaping at illusions." I trusted my sources. And now, in the wake of yesterday's tactical nuke delivery on the Phoenix US Attorneys Office, we have this: Newly obtained emails show that the White House was better informed about a failed gun-tracking operation on the border with Mexico than was previously known. Three White House national security officials were given some details about the operation, dubbed Fast and Furious. The operation allowed firearms to be illegally purchased, with the goal of tracking them to Mexican drug cartels. But the effort went out of control after agents lost track of many of the weapons. The supervisor of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives operation in Phoenix specifically mentioned Fast and Furious in at least one email to a White House national security official, and two other White House colleagues were briefed on reports from the supervisor, according to White House emails and a senior administration official. . . He identified the three White House officials who were briefed as Kevin M. O'Reilly, director of North American Affairs for the White House national security staff; Dan Restrepo, the president's senior Latin American advisor; and Greg Gatjanis, a White House national security official. Great stuff, right? Ah, but the White is ready with more Nixonian spin of the "modified limited hangout" sort. This has happened before in this scandal, also through the good offices of Richard Serrano.

We are at war along the Southern Border even if you do not believe it.  Give if you can and give because you should.
